Historic hotel in the Porta Venezia area. Palace in style located in a neighborhood that includes various Art Nouveau buildings to be visited, even externally, perhaps unknown to most. High class hotel. Inside a very charming secret garden

It is a historic hotel located close to the circle of the Bastions of Porta Venezia, I was on the feast of Virgin Active, considering the location I expected a lot more,
The food was really ...... even from the table.

I was in this hotel for an event. The environment is extremely luxurious and the back garden (also with a large gazebo) is fantastic. Almost unbelievable for being in the center of Milan.

I'm a guest of the hotel a couple of times a year for several years. I am always at ease and the staff is constantly available to satisfy my wishes or to solve problems. The rooms are very spacious and some have a balcony overlooking the garden with tall trees and the beautiful fountain. The bar, a large lounge with glass walls facing the garden, offers aperitif every evening and the offers are very interesting. Over the weekend it is frequented by well-known personalities. I recommend it to friends, it's a nice stay

I spent sometime in this hotel in the summer of 2016. I like the location and the staff who were very friendly. I was with my family and we enjoyed they stay.
There isn t a gym or swimming pool here, but we didn t come to swim. And besides, walking everywhere in the city and chasing the kids was a good enough exercise for me.

A classic hotel with a splendid history, a beautiful internal garden, a large and efficient bar. Beautiful rooms excellent cuisine. Courteous and competent staff. High but not surprising prices. Excellent transport (metro and tram)

The rooms are not clean and you see a lot of damages. It stinks in the room as well. There was something that seemed like a mushroom on a wall? Spiders webs as well. So I wouldn't come back. But their location is perfect. Also the staff is friendly. Shame that the rooms are dirty.

Mediocrissimamente mediocre the ... to the request of aperol spritz the barman pours aperol and sparkling water ... but I ask the prosecco? ... and he answers .. I put it maybe he didn't see while I mixed it .. I asked him to pour me the prosecco ... how sad ... never again

The place is delicious and the water that flows in the garden relaxes you a lot, very pleasant. For every occasion but in the morning it is fantastic

Very nice location, the garden is fabulous !!!

Very nice location, the garden is fabulous !!!
Very friendly staff. The buffet could be improved, unfortunately, I don't know if it went wrong for us, but the cocktails left a lot to be desired, to the fruit soft drinks we had to add the sugar as far as they were bitter and acres, the spritz al campari had a quantity of campari too high and therefore almost undrinkable and also the rest ... But then again, maybe it went wrong for us !!! Anyway, I will definitely return in the hope of drinking something that pleases me more !!!

The only wonderful flaw is the aperitif:

The only wonderful flaw is the aperitif:
That is, cost from 19 to 15 and you can access the buffet but it is very scarce and not of a lot of quality ..... it is better to arrive before paying what you consume without the extra charge of the aperitif and enjoy the garden with beautiful fountains !! !!

I have been on several occasions only for the pre and post Covid aperitif, I must say that there has always been a distance between the tables and everyone could have the right privacy. The only flaw is that now they can't (rightly) do the buffet anymore and they bring very few things to make an aperitif at the table. They also close strictly at midnight and we wanted to get a bottle but they asked us to leave. Sin.
For the rest, a refined and elegant environment, very suitable for romantic and sophisticated appointments.

Great attentive front dest staff.

The rooms and the rest of the hotel are in desperate need of a remodel. I thought I was walking into a room preserved from the 90's. When I booked I called to confirm A/C was offered at the hotel, upon arrival I was told that it was off for the season. This hotel has certainly not received the care necessary to call themselves "five star" rating. I lasted five minuted in my room before I went down to the front desk to inform them I would be staying elsewhere.

Nice place really nice, simple and not too elegant (just enough to have no children around) the only drawback was written on the site that the evening at Halloween ended at 01.00 when they threw us out at 00.00. Which proves a bit of disorganization

No

The Diana Majestic is an historic hotel going back...

The Diana Majestic is an historic hotel going back more than 100 years - since about 20 years it has been a Sheraton. It is notable for its lovely city garden, quite large, and for its famous Aperitivo bar, the Heat or H-Club (both names seem to be used). For 15 Euros one gets a large drink and access to the buffet which essentially provides a full meal option, starting at 7pm. A quirk is that there is no coffeemaker in the room, but a sign which says that coffee can be brought to the room (one cup per guest per day) - however I found this coffee charged on the bill. It took a little explaining about this being a substitute for in-room coffee before it was taken off. Otherwise quite a good stay, room on the 3rd floor street side not as noisy as feared. Metro line 1 station on the doorstep, takes you to Duomo and Castello in a few stops. Super!
