Really nice hotel. The internal garden is a marvel and the courteous and helpful staff. Conference halls cmq small but functional.

I just made a visit to this beautiful hotel and has all the numbers to deserve five stars, but not avvendoci stayed properly consider the four stars. In the future I will certainly have the opportunity to change this assessment
A very refined, elegant and intimate. The tables apply without the right to privacy and the large windows provide a beautiful view of the green garden. I highly recommend to those who, like me, appreciate this type of venues and atmospheres.
I took part in an event held in the hotel's internal garden. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall it was a great evening, thanks also to the location.
Overpriced in my opinion. Room rate 330 does not include breakfast. Non smoking room stank of smoke. There are no free ammenaties in the room (tea/coffee) and when I asked them to send an iron to my room they refused. Had to pay 10 to have my shirt ironed by the housekeeping. Staff are friendly but the business is all about overcharging as far as I can tell.
An ok hotel, good location, i had issues checking in, one clerk available, had to wait about 30 minutes as he took care of the 8 people before me
Beautiful garden the bed is super relaxing home cordial and professional
Restaurant in hotel: Great food and very accurate service. The garden is gorgeous.
Considering that it is a 4 Star Hotel and is said to be the place of origin of the aperitif in Milan, I was expecting much more. I chose it as the location for a drink with friends on the occasion of my birthday, drinks undoubtedly good (but not exceptional) but the quality of the food (again, 4-star hotel) was equal to that of any area with all you can eat 8 euro on ships. Choosing not very wide and limited quantities.
Service, excluding food, is certainly excellent. Staff were helpful, attentive and polite.
The outdoor location is breathtaking, although we could not use it except for a photo as it had rained a lot in the afternoon (and they had not fixed / cleaned the outdoor furniture).
I do not know, to this day, if I would return.
A very special and unique place with a touch of luxury and love
Fanastic aperitif, excellent buffet atmosphere and maximum professionalism certainly to be repeated
On the occasion of a presentation event, we were guests of the bar and the adjacent spaces. Beautiful location a bit disappointing the service from the staff. Slow and not very available but a "no" day can happen.
Poor aperitif (compared to the average in Milan). Cute and elegant location.
Not in the real city center, 15 walking distance to town square.
Had lovely time with daughter here. Very peaceful and relaxing
Nice for a chic aperitif in Milan, chic and pure too.
Well known chain. Fabulous for happy hour in the garden lounge, quite pricey
Absolutely not. Nothing special, presentation of the dishes to be taken away to the maximum, badly seasoned and poor quality meat. What can we say more? Lots of smoke and no roast.
Historical place. Well attended, beautiful garden in the center of Milan
Poor. Beautiful the garden the rest is poor. just enough Cocktail, high prices and basso.buffet service from roadside restaurants.
Good cocktails, beautiful garden but the buffet is worthy of the worst aperitif in Milan. Too bad ... it needs little. Recommended if you keep only the image (it remains cmq a place fighetto) and if you just want to drink. Zero substance.
Excellent aperitif, cuisine open until late and attentive and prepared waiters.
I attended Diana's cocktail bar when I was younger and the place was very fashionable in Milan. I recently returned to see how it evolved. It didn't make my heart beat. Cocktails can be improved and the buffet is a bit poor. What remains unbeatable is the splendid garden with fountain that makes it quite unique in Milan. Overall it is a hospitable place where you can spend some time outdoors in the company of cocktails but for me it has lost a bit of that unique allure that it had at the beginning of 2000.
loved the balcony s in the back, it was stunning space both inside and out. Very unique especially the connection on the lower floor rooms. Was a bit too old, smelly, and with poor plumbing performance to make up the difference. Business hotel.
hitrl beautiful, staff well cared for, available and well prepared, I got to see them on occasion for English and it was not bad. personnel present in the right quantities, short response times. I have been alone in the reception area, apeitivo and bathrooms. aperitifs not plentiful but with attention to detail, various and refined foods, from rostbeef to buffalo to vegetables with pizzetta to pasta. high-level cocktails, well-kept bathrooms, obviously the prices are justified by the area. satisfied, too bad for a non-proprietary parking lot but I also understand the Milanese architectural impediments
Very good location. Good hotel, but generally overpriced
A historic place to have an aperitif in Milan quality food and excellent bartender the service is of level the waiters are very quick in arranging the tables and do everything to make the experience optimal, the location is very well kept with chesterfield armchairs and armchairs very comfortable highly recommended
Beautiful people sparkling atmosphere excellent bargains excellent good aperitif drink
Very nice place in Milan, however, the food offered during the aperitif was not exceptional, besides being lacking in quantities
Beautiful place, I had an aperitif the barmen, gentlemen, I recommend
Wow. My bedroom here is about the size of my closet at home. My room cost for the night was more than my car payment for a lexua. Nice service. Fancy digs. Not so nice room for the price.
While the garden is beautiful, it is impossible to have an aperitivo in it in the summer without being eaten by mosquitoes. Cocktail prices are high and cocktails are nothing special. At least the aperitivo buffet is hearty. Good for a fashion aperitivo if you are not an anorexic model who only eats raw bites of vegetables, but you still want to be seen somewhere fashionable and centric.
I went to Sheraton Diana s bar to have a drink and food with my friends. The drinks were really good but the problem was that the buffet has so little food and only a few types of food.... i didn t like the place...
Pleasant intermezzo in the city center, good food, reasonable prices.
I was in an evening organized as an aperitif: good but nothing special. Average..
Beautiful place to drink something with friends in a very luxurious garden
Lovely hotel situated ideally close to the centre of Milan. the courtyard out back was lovely for an evening drink and for the social event held after the conference I was attending. Conference rooms were light and airy also. The staff were fluent in English and more than happy to help at all times.
The review is for the aperitif. The indoor and outdoor restaurant has a scenic impact, although some details in the garden are not well cared for. The aperitif itself is the most disappointing part, from the Sheraton I expected something more than the usual dry focaccia and sandwiches. Cocktails are good. Friendly and helpful staff. 3 stars to improve in terms of food.
I arrived at the hotel for business trip expecting a grand hotel as pictured, this was far from reality. The hotel itself is quite run-Down, an easy miss when you enter the lobby but once you go up to the rooms, the walls lining the hallways are filthy and tinged yellow. My room was large but had two massive stains on the headboards, a very dirty carpet and what looked like blood-stained towels (i m serious) I was unable to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked for a conference but they did offer me a discount once I showed them pictures of my room. Would not recommend booking here. The prices and pictures do not add up.
A place to discover! A refined and very Fashion place.
A good "Happy Hours" and very trained staff ..... to try.
[Recensione per l'aperitivo]
Un bel giardino quasi "amazzonico" nel centro di Milano, un luogo davvero suggestivo dove gustare un buon aperitivo tra le fronde degli alberi e gli scrosci della fontana.
Punti forti: ambiente suggestivo e rilassante, musica bassa e ben scelta dai dj
Prezzo: 15 euro per l'aperitivo, come gli aperitivi di Milano centro centro
The hotel is certainly fantastic, great location, very spacious rooms with every comfort. We didn't like that to have breakfast that we were included in the booking for 2 adults and a child they asked us 40 euros and the parking or hotel for a day 60 euros ...
I find this hotel very recommended for birthdays and for celebrating events. Elegant, recommended
Dining external to make a quality drink. Ditto for the Brunch.
Excellent buffet although not very rich. Very friendly staff, the barman intrattutenuto very personal for a good part of the evening. From the aesthetic point of view nothing to say, very nice. Some prices are excessive like in the case of water but I would still recommend it.
Older property but excellent hosts and management team.
In the heart of Milan, a beautiful garden is discovered through the lobby of hotel !!
Elegant and refined environment; very good buffet although with little variety. Service up to expectations and excellent cocktails. It is ideal for an elegant aperitif. The courtyard with the fountain and the pond is very beautiful.
Great location, nice old style decor and beautiful terasse. Roms are a bit small and the restaurant staff are very unexperienced. Still a good stay over all.
An oasis in busy Milan, where an aperitif or relax for a cup of tea or coffee
Historic hotel near Porta Venezia in a strategic position to visit Milan. We held a small company greetings party in a private setting. The environment and the furnishings are a bit dull, perhaps a revived color and style would help. The service was fast and attentive and the buffet dishes were never lacking. Overall a good experience
Beautiful hotel, great bar and garden, well proportioned rooms. Only thing that let it down was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, otherwise great. Book through last Minute for the best price....
I went to the counter in good faith to order a chupito and I was presented with a 15 receipt. From what I've been told, it's a common price for every drink, so a simple chupito comes to cost like a cocktail, and I don't even know whether to call it a shameless price or a real scam. Never again will I set foot in here.
Beautiful evening with high quality wines, friendly and helpful staff. Great nice place. I'll be back for sure.
The only part I stayed was the bar for an aperitivo. It was a pretty nice environment and the food was good. As per usual, drinks were vastly overpriced
