I received a call, apparently about a parcel of mi...

I received a call, apparently about a parcel of mine not yet delivered. It was an automated message and then switched to a human operator, who spoke only Mandarin. While trying to explain that I'm just responding to a call the guy hung up arubtly without trying to at least redirect me to someone else who could help. Rude and a waste of my time

Our shipment number shipped from Italy on 17 Dec 2...

Our shipment number shipped from Italy on 17 Dec 2020, arrived Singapore 23 Dec 2020. We have been trying to call your centre about the status of the shipment, to no avail. There is either no one picking up the call, or forwarding my call to everywhere even to Australia and back to Singapore!
DHL is supposed to be the top courier service in the world. Why your customer service is at this standard?! Today is the eve of Christmas, I don't suppose all your CS are offline now. We have to wait for your CS to direct us here and there during this time and totally ruined our Christmas atmosphere. We are really disappointed with this experience! We are expecting a 5-star service, but now your CS is giving me 0-star service.
Lastly, the shipment, we need it urgently for Christmas! Please get back to us ASAP!

I expected a parcel and it never arrived. Moreover the online status claims the parcel was delivered!. I tried to contact DHL Germany and after a while they told me that they have no information about my parcel and suggested me to contact DHL in Singapore... Never use this company to send your parcel (I did it via AliExpress) and now I cannot get my paid parcel.

Horrible, inadequate service from their DHL E-comm...

Horrible, inadequate service from their DHL E-commerce arm, it is like as if no one is really working down there! Had issues with a DHL E-commerce Parcel SGAHXE0009200800035 which is stuck in their transit facility since 31 March 2020, which is close to a month now and nothing has been done since I reached out to them about two weeks now!

Daily calls and emails to their local contract logistics partner, J & T Express Singapore, have gone unanswered as well for the past 9 days.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
