Buyers beware! For being local builders they have zero care for the local people in the community. They are greedy and have no care for you as customers. Don t be bullied by these monsters. Do your research and read between the lines. They con people by advertising their included options and later come back with the, Oops that was a typo and that is not included . Again no care for their customers.

Why does riverside build keep building the same type of quality cooler cutter homes in Tigard? I appreciate the community improvements but it would be good to see some diversity.
UPDATE: As our first year in our home came to a close, we hired our original independent inspection company to return for a warranty inspection. The inspector commented that the home is very well built, no issues other than several minor items to address. This was our moment to see if Riverside would push back or skirt any issues. But, as with our pre move-in inspection, they treated each issue as if it were a priority, and very quickly addressed every single thing. I was surprised to see reviews that contradicted our experience so sharply, but as for us, we'll remain loyal buyers going forward. They've earned our trust at every opportunity.
ORIGINAL: So far, we have really enjoyed our experience with Riverside Homes, and our new home purchase. We first met Premier Properties' Tom Cardelli at the model home, who facilitated our entire buying process, and he was endlessly patient, informative, and upbeat. Just a very kind gentleman and hard worker. We have been treated warmly and felt well-cared for by him and the Riverside Homes team. Upon having the home inspected, Riverside agreed to resolve all issues found (none were major). They did this in a timely manner, and even quickly re-did some of the repair work that was felt by us to be unsatisfactory. They have been quick to make-good on any issues, and have taken our home's well-being very seriously every step of the way. Riverside and Tom Cardelli of Premier Properties have proven to be very customer-oriented and to stand behind the lovely home we purchased. Even their contractors whom we have reached out to for additional business (extra blinds and landscaping) have shown top-notch care for us. The home itself is just gorgeous, with attention given to so many details not seen in other builders' homes we looked at. We feel we made a great choice with Riverside.
Overall poor workmanship, electrical had issues, roof leaked after 8 years. The house needed a new roof and mold removal. Multiple roof companies were horrified at the lack of standards. This is not the only home in the neighborhood with the same issues. Riverside homes has been sued before and should be again. Be aware and look for a builder other than riverside homes
Extremely poor workmanship, unresponsive and once they sell you a house, they simply don t care anymore. Upon complaining about issues that should be covered under warranty, they d either not respond or will try to delay as much as they could and most likely won t fix it. Do yourself a favor done let them steal your hard earned money. I would NEVER buy a Riverside Home again.
