24 hour emergency service. Best door nerds in the business.

We recently had Chris Gustafson help us to replace our 12 year old garage doors. Chris and his staff were amazing to work with and super customer service driven. The doors look amazing and I would highly recommend DH Pace. Wonderful overall experience by far. Thank you Chris and staff

I have dealt with 4 of their service agents, only one of which was professional and actually did her job.

I have used DH PACE alot in the past and this time around I had a few issues, but they called quickly, helped take care of this and were able to go above and beyond to make it right.

David came out and replaced the springs and oiled our door, they sound so much better!! David was super friendly!! Thank you so much!

Called for commercial Emergency Door service at 7am and they told me there was $330 travel fee and that they would have a tech out at the medical facility by noon. Corporate called me back around 10:30am telling me they would not be able to send a tech until we increase the NTE from $330 to $1000 and they had not sent a tech. This was an emergency situation and have put a medical facility in a very bad situation with their broken promises.

Got a great deal on a garage door opener. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

My company was charged $266 for their guys to show up and tell me they can't fix the water leakage in my garage doors. The one guy did adjust the limit of travel on one door but overall they were there 15 minutes and it cost us $266. After speaking with their service rep she told me a standard service call was $149 with a $49 trip charge. That's $198....how did they arrive at $266? I have half a mind to sue them. Was not the best experience but the tech eventually got the job done. Someone form the company did call me to enquire about my experience and did seem concerned.

Our car got a flat tire right outside DH Pace and Tim took us in the garage and helped us right away and saved us from having to change a tire in the snow! Thank you very much!

I know a couple of people that work there they're great people easy to work with big company lots of selection

Larry F came out to our company and did an amazing job on our door. Transaction was swift and quick!

Could have been five stars had they hired me. LOL! They seemed like a great bunch of people! Maybe next time.
