Got many calls to fill an open position from recruiters (Mrunmai, Puneet and others) at DGN. Its total desi company with traits that are reflected in work environment. Lack of Follow-ups, Unprofessional, Unorganized. May be ideal for candidates who are desperate, who have no other means who can be a part of all their circus.

This is a pure desi company with a lot of desi traits that are reflected in work environment. Desi concepts, desi mentality and desi outlook towards everything. The environment is absolutely dull. Office space is cramped. The supervisors are and sound frustrated. They claim that they have clients, but do not have any JD to support that. One has to either create a JD of his/her own or have to cut copy paste from the job portals. Unprofessional at all levels. The CEO just claims his existence in the business as pep talk or his style of throwing his attitude. Who is it for -- Ideal for candidates who are desperate, who have no other means but to survive , who can be a part of all this circus and can survive post all unprofessional tantrums thrown at him/her. Pay package - way below market standards, for internal and external opportunities. About the CEO - He always has this attitude and arrogance he carries that he is a BIG businessman. He brags about his existence in the market..He typically comes across as rude and more so unprofessional. He needs to understand that his employees play an important role in enhancing his business. He needs to understand that everyone needs to be treated equally and show them respect. He needs to realize to be in the shoes of his employees to understand and work in sync to achieve the common objectives. The AC in that claustrophobic space tends to get switched off to save on electricity. Micromanaged to the dot. If you think you have lost all the zeal in life , let me tell you you are not alone , join DGN

Got a call to fill the open position at their company. Recruiter was speaking like harassing. She asked me about expected salary. I told $65K. So she came on me saying you have just two years of experience and you want that much of salary. I said I have previously worked for that much so I am asking. I said I was working on workday implementation and people in market are offering me that much. Suddenly she said it wont workout. Next moment she called and asked for in-person interview. She underestimated. Please don't opt to work for this company. She was so rude. She asked me same questions again and again. She don't have a patience of what I was telling. Lack of listening skills. Asking questions after getting answer for that.
