If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in with my mom to buy a car and was given no help at all. When asked to see cars they showed us a used lot. The attitude was disgusting and a dishonor to the company. But luckily we just purchased a Lincoln and the service there was amazing. Go to Lincoln instead, or basically any other car place. Better cars, better service.

I had a great experience while purchasing my new car. Monty, the sales personnel, was very personable, attentive, informative and thorough. Monty took time to research and inform me of all of my options based on my desired likes and features. All paperwork was complete in a timely fashion and accuracy. This is my second Cadillac and I will continue to drive one as long as treated so well.

From the moment you arrive at Devoe you are treated with the utmost respect. Everyone is personable and eager to help. They never use any hard sell tactics; they ask questions and find the best vehicle for your needs. Our salesman: Monte was exceptional. He went out of his way to get things done and went above and beyond what we expected of him. This is our second vehicle from Devoe and it won't be our last.

Bad customer service. Came in to look at certified pre-owned SRX. Told them trade and price expectations up front. After third "negotiation" they were within $500 of the deal. But was told to take deal now or they have a customer on another vehicle that would prefer the on I had. So, take the deal now or they are selling to the other couple. I actually would have done the deal but not with that brazenness. Told them to have a good day. Got one deal instead of two. I bought a new Infinity QX60 instead. My experience says avoid Devoe.

Don Jello did a fantastic job explaining everything I came in to learn about. He personalized the experience and created a comfortable atmosphere where I could learn more about Cadillac and the DeVoe family. Don s knowledge during the test drive continued to impress me. He is an asset to DeVoe Cadillac and left me with a great first impression of the brand.

Disappointed after bring car in to dealership for oil change and tire rotation with 28 point inspection.Did not receive 28 point inspection results,and a current recall on my car for the electric seats (fire hazard) was not even addressed ! I would expect this at a second rate dealership but not my local Cadillac dealer. Very disappointed.

Tried to make an appointment online and then via text with someone and after back and forth texts they never responded to my last text which was asking for an appointment. Finally called directly and made an appointment for the same time I was requesting.

Service Writer was excellent.

Used Car Salesman, not so much. I had my eye on a used Cadillac and indicated I needed to know the value of my Cadillac in trade. He advised me to check the Kelly Blue Book. So after 5 Cadillacs in a row, I thought maybe he should have put some effort into me and decided to go elsewhere. I went down the street and bought a used BMW X5 from Germain that same afternoon No fuss, no muss and drove it home the same day.

Thanks for the efficient way the paperwork was prepared and ready for review and signature. To your service people for their meticulous attention to detail in preparing the vehicle for delivery, and to the other support staff who contributed to ensure that all went well like clockwork.

I especially enjoyed being introduced to Mister DeVoe senior who should be secure in the knowledge that the automobile organization that I am sure he has worked and sacrificed very hard for is in capable hands.

Manager of service used the lame excuse that the paint missing in several spots on front bumper was from being on gravel roads I m never on gravel roads. He was high and mighty in his attitude not willing to consider our opinion So we left. Several months later another Cadillac dealer repainted the bumper at no charge. We have been doing our business with Val Ward ever since. All of the service as well has been super on our 2016 CTS. It s well worth the drive from Naples. Would give Devoe zero stars!

Great experience, with help from Jose / Service, Sandra / GM and the unknown tech.
Had major A/C issues with my 2014 CTS.
DeVoe and Jose provided me a loaner at no cost, and even extended the loaner when I ran out of miles.
My A/C was appropriately diagnosed as the compressor, and after a very long time of hot air, it is now blowing freezing cold as requested.
GM/DeVoe/Jose were able to work with me on the final cost, and get it to a more manageable level. Much appreciated during these times.
This vehicle was purchased used from another dealer, and I am fully satisfied with GM and DeVoe standing behind a product they didnt make the sale on.
I intend on having DeVoe perform additional future service on my vehicle due to this experience.

The dealership personnel are always friendly and helpful. They are tasked with finding and repairing faulty GM workmanship. While most of my issues are minor they are annoying and take up my time having to take the car back. For instance I believe this is the 3rd Cue I have had replaced along with having to have the transmission fluid replace because apparently the original fluid was bad causing problems. There are a couple other issues but they don't happen when I take the car in. So I cant fault them for that because you cant fix what you cant find. So this was my first Cadillac and my last.

I was driving to Florida when my ac went out so i called and talked to Cory he made appointment when I arrived I talked to Flo and she sent me home with a nice clean NEW loaner car a few hours later I received a competitive priced estimate to repair my ac . I spoke with John in service. First, I called him and left a message, he never called me back. After I called the second time, he advised me he couldn't take my car in without talking to the manager because I have over 100,000 miles and I've had the car at val ward! The service I needed was for my car to be hooked up to their equipment to diagnose what's wrong with my car. They don't have to fix it, just diagnose. I'm in the process of selling my two Cadillacs and I will not buy Cadillac again because of the dealerships in my area.

I have been buying and trading cars every three years for the last 12 years. Never did I have such a Great experience as I did here At Devoe Cadillac! John and Gail were amazing And made my experience the most easiest and wonderful experience ever buying a car. It was hasel free! They took care of everything! In an hour I traded in my old car and jump in a new one! John in financing took the time to find me the best deal possible!!! Would never purchase a car anywhere else again!!! Total professionalism! I had a service issue with ...

Total professionalism! I had a service issue with my 2016 XTS and just when I thought it was a lost cause, BOOM! Cory Lieberenz, my Service Advisor, came to the rescue! Going above and beyond ALL expectations! I sat comfortably in the service lounge, enjoying a cup of coffee and working on my laptop while Team Devoe took care of my problem. One hour later, I was on my way. I cannot say enough about the top notch service I recieved. My hats off to Cory and the rest of the team at Devoe Cadillac! Fantastic experience! Thank you!

I GOT A CADILLAC LEMON.

I respect DeVoe and all the great people there, BUT after 14+ issues with a brand new Cadillac, I would expect DeVoe and G.M. to take responsibility for this Junker, but sadly all I have gotten so far from DeVoe talk, talk, talk, and we are your advocates. Now talking directly to G.M., where problem has been escalated!

Both times I have used service department. I received a loaner car, they took care of contacting my after market warranty.
Their baked goods are awesome btw. Car is fixed each time, pricing explained. Car washed.
Prior to loaner, got a shuttle ride with their really informative drivers....great guys!!!

I visited the service department with a front axle...

I visited the service department with a front axle failure on my Cadillac XT5 that would have been a warranty repair. I was told by the Assistant service manager that I needed to pay a DIAGNOSIS FEE of $190 for them to diagnose.Jose actually test drove the car & listened to the axles pop while driving through the parking lot.
He still refused to take the car into the garage without me paying the diagnosis fee.

I asked to speak to the Manager. When he addressed my concerns, he replied that it was Devoe policy that all customers pay the diagnostic fee on all repairs & IF IT IS DETERMINED TO BE A WARRANTY CLAIM & COVERED BY GM , MY FEE WOULD BE REFUNDED!

I told him that I also have a Private Extended Warranty that would pay all charges above the WARRANTY COVERAGE with a $50 deductible. The only requirement was for the dealer to call for Approval before performing the repair. The Extended Warranty agent even told me they would even cover a fair diagnosis fee if the dealer called for APPROVAL FIRST.

The Manager told me that they wouldn't call the company until after I paid the DIAGNOSTIC FEE first.

The Manager told me that they weren't in business to work for free so it made me feel like I was attempting to steal service from them.

I left the dealership very disappointed!

I told them I had bought & drove a Mercedes Benz car for the past 12 years & that the Mercedes dealership had NEVER treated me with that lever of disrespect.

I called Cadillac Care & complained.

I am still driving the car waiting for a response from Cadillac to reverse their decision .

I took the car to a private repair shop & explained my situation.
They performed a diagnostic & determined that both axles needed replaced. When they called the dealer to check the availability of replacement parts, they were told that the parts were on backorder & not available.
When they couldn't complete the repair, they waived their $16 diagnosis fee.

This is a bad CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY & needs reversed to create LOYALTY RETURN CUSTOMERS.

We were looking for an Infinity QX60 Emerald Green 2014.
My wife stumbled onto one in Naples Devoe Cadilac.
This dealership was on the other side of our state.
The car had only 14,000 miles on it and reduced to an incredible savings.
Nervous about buying from a dealer we never dealt with we took a chance.

I have to say they had the car looking great and working as if brand new.
Paperwork was ready, they had us out the door within an hour.

Mark Bennett was friendly, honest and made sure our experience was top flight!
I highly recommend using this dealer for any car purchase you might make.
