I spoke with John in service. First, I called him and left a message, he never called me back. After I called the second time, he advised me he couldn't take my car in without talking to the manager because I have over 100,000 miles and I've had the car at val ward! The service I needed was for my car to be hooked up to their equipment to diagnose what's wrong with my car. They don't have to fix it, just diagnose. I'm in the process of selling my two Cadillacs and I will not buy Cadillac again because of the dealerships in my area.
