Terrible service. Traveling from Ohio and brought my car in for a transmission issue that began right before getting to Naples. The engine light was no longer on when i brought the car in for diagnostic so tech was UNABLE to find the problem. Instead I was CHARGED 150.00 for a diagnostic update on the transmission that was not necessary. When returning back to Ohio 2 weeks later the same problem occurred and took the car in to the dealership where we purchased and diagnostic WAS completed and problem was detected! Fixed with no charge as we have extended warranty. Problem should have been detected in Florida! Looks like this same issue has occurred with other customers based on past reviews!

My 2011 SRX was making a slight noise so I made a service apt to find out the problem ( no alert was showing problem on dash board). I was told it was a flex pipe in the muffler costing almost $900. I googled the part and found it cost around $20 and around I hour to replace. So of course I declined service and picked up the car. I was charged $143 to get this ridiculous estimate. I just don't like being taken advantage of.
Steve Whitaker, the service advisors, and a team of great hard-working and experienced technicians make this place the dealership to go to! They have a high level of quality control, and they do not tolerate dishonesty. They genuinely want to fix your car and do it right and earn you as a lifetime customer for sales and service.

My XTS Sport has been in three times in 30 months for warranty work. They ordered the parts and fixed the problems the first time. While in for warranty service I had my free routine service done as well. They always have a loaner car for me, so the inconvenience in minimal. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the follow up service. No problem here. Larry

My name is Teresa Lajoie, I want to speak of the outstanding customer service that I experienced when I I had scheduled an oil change and pulled into Devoe Cadillac service department driveway. Upon arising I was greeted by a gentleman who not only open my door helps me out of my car as gracious as can be as a welcoming as any person I've dealt with in the public in longer than I can remember excellence in communication as well as a personality that will bring customers back solely on that purpose alone. Upon entering the service department I was greeted by Rosa who introduced herself as I did myself. She looked my name up in the computer wanted to be sure that the spelling was correct she saw the oil change asked if there was anything else that I needed looked at on my vehicle which I did I gave her my coupons through fidelity Insurance which covered my oil change and a tire rotation I had a nail in my tire which I wasn't aware of but I had mentioned to Rosa that it was losing air within 30 minutes I had my vehicle serviced and the keys in my hand to leave fabulous customer service! We wanted to see Sally. She was in a meeting so a man, no gentleman, named Mark offered to assist us. He was rude, condecending and not helpful. Sorry Devoe, we will buy our new 2021 Escalade elsewhere. I do not reccomend these rude people.

Sally, who has always been professional called me. She inquired as to our experience. I told her she had been professional and I hold nothing but respect for her. She said she would meet with the GM and give me a call in a few days. I would suggest if you deal with DeVoe, deal with Sally. Avoid Mark at all costs.
2nd Follow up:. Finally met Sally. She apologized for our previous experience and offered to help. Sally introduced me to Tim,. Sales Manager and Steve, New Car Sakes. Very nice and helpful folks. I ended up purchasing from DeVoe. I've changed my review from 1 Star to 4 Stars. I'd give them a 5 but my experience with "Mark" still lingers. My reccomendation is to avoid Mark at all costs. Ask for Sally, Steve or Tim and be treated with respect and professionalism.

You can almost never get them on the phone and it will take days before they call you back.
They had things done to my Cadillac with the poorest quality ever. Almost never done right the first time. Replaced Cue and returned car dirty with fingerprints all over the windshield and dash. Replaced sun shade and again, dirty fingerprints all over the headliner, and did not snap on correctly all parts. I had parts coming out. Asked them for the third oil change and also to look at the tires, a noise and also a rear window that would not close. Guess what. They changed the oil and when i ask about the rest of the things, the advisor tells me: My bad bro, I forgot about it
Last but not least, i complain about a noise coming from the dash and same guy tells me that they know about it and they re gonna fix it. 2 days later calls me, telling me the car is ready and there s no noise. 2 miles down the road, i hear the noise again. I call a different Cadillac dealer for a second opinion. These new guys tell me that there is a broken stud thats making the noise. I go back to Devoe, and now they tell me that I broke a heavily torqued bolt when I hit a pothole long ago that in fact only bent a rim to the point of not needing replacement. our guys didn t see any broken bolt when we fixed the noise . In fact, the only way of breaking a bolt like that, is over torquing.
The noise was never fixed and now they re blaming me for it. To summarize: I cannot comment on the sales guys. This is solely for the service people. Rude, Disrespectful, they never smile and make it look like they re doing you a favor, and above all, lack of willingness to help.

I must edit this review. As far as their inability to answer on time, I can t take it back. The General Manager promised to address the issue properly.
As for the real issue;
After talking to the General Manager Mark Klahm, they totally fixed the issue I was having. It ended up being a big misunderstanding that was resolved properly after a productive and professional dialogue with the General Manager and the service Manager Steve Whittaker.
I am totally satisfied and I would recommend any of my friends to consider DeVoe Cadillac for the care of their lovely Cadillacs.
I would suggest to anyone that has issues with DeVoe Cadillac, to consider all facts first and then request an appointment with the GM Mark Klahm before posting any reviews on google or anywhere else.
They truly work for the best but the best must be met on both ends first.

My car was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I discovered an oil leak over the following weekend and lost about a quart of oil. It spilled on my garage floor. The clean-up was not fun!. However, DeVoe promptly fixed the issue and I want to commend Karina, my service representative for her professionalism and calm during the fix.
l was in for an airbag recall on my 2011 Saab and received prompt and courteous service...In and out in 45 minutes.!
This is my 3rd Cadillac from DeVoe, that should say enough. John our salesman and Anthony whose handles all the paperwork, I just can not emphasize, how wonderful they truly are. I love my new XT5! I personally would not go anywhere else. They are the BEST and I thank them for making it happen!

Terrible experience with the Finance Manager Ken. I was looking into financing options but I was also interested in paying cash or bringing my own bank draft if the rates were not acceptable since the vehicle was slightly used. Ken provided the worst customer service I have ever had at a car dealership(I buy a good number of brand new vehicles every year all 80k+). Based on what information I ve been able to gather there was a back door deal on the car waiting on financing approval so they purposely strung me along and wasted my time. Also I originally left a negative review and was asked to remove it because my sales person was worried about his job. I also reached out the the GM about this to get it cleared up that my issue was with Kens customer service but there has been no response.( I did get a call from them for 2 rings and then they hung up, who ever called didn t leave a voice mail or try to call me back).
Jose was very capable and you have a comfortable customer waiting area.
I went to look at used vehicles and was very interested in 2 that I test drove. I currently drive an SRX and previously an STS. My salesman was supposed to get back to me with answers to my questions and never even followed up at all. I guess you just don't care if you sell the vehicle or not. Disappointing at best. Especially when I am ready to buy! I think I'll look at Infinity.

Truthfully I was expecting to be wowed.
Staff was friendly. Lounge comfortable, same as other service departments from other makes.
My car wash left much to be desired. I could ve done a better job. An envelope that I keep in my glove compartment containing my ins card was on the floor mat. Plus there was a set of car keys (not mine) left in my cup holder.
I did expect more from Cadillac.
My wife and I were coming back from a family celebration at Apollo Beach, FL and were returning to Ft. Lauderdale when we had car trouble on interstate 75! We got off at nearest exit and when car would not start up, we called local towing company. Before they came, we called Devoe Cadillac service department and spoke with Jose. The time was 2 PM and it was on Friday, November 27! I asked Jose if we towed our car to you, would you have time to help us and see what the problem was..Jose said okay and we did tow our car to Devoe! Jose said yes but service would close at 5PM. We got there by 3PM and Jose looked at our car and found the main issue was a loose splashshield. He removed the shield and told us to replace it when you get back to Ft. Lauderdale. He also checked why our car did not start and sold us a new gas cap. He then test rode the car and told us we were good to go. On top of everything else, Devoe gave us a car wash and did not charge us anything for the diagnostic test they ran. That was fantastic service for us and particularly when we needed it most. If you're in the Naples area, do yourself a favor and patronize Devoe Cadillac. They are great! Thank you Jose and Devoe!!
Went to visit dealership on pre-owned vehicles sale that was promoted online. The website says pre-owned vehicle financing at 1.9% over 60 months. In speaking with the salesman he shares that that offer expired. Why is it still on the website ? Somebody in management needs to address this otherwise in my opinion what you are really advertising is lack of transparency and credibility. Shame!

Idiots. Will never lease or buy from them. Came to return lease - they first took it back and said you are good to go. Then I asked for paperwork to show proof that I had indeed returned the car. Receptionist asked for 5 min - sent Anthony who said I couldn t return the car without the lease paperwork even though it has already been accepted as a return. Then they forget to give me my keys, or put my license plate on the car. I called the fort Myers rep and he said they should have absolutely taken the car without the lease docs. Wasted my Saturday. Sounds to me like they were just pissed I leased from Fort Myers and not from them. God bless Pete and Anthony because these two idiots came across as just that. Never will buy or enter that store again and I am suggesting you don t either.
After talking to a friend, they also offer notoriously low trade in values.
Watch them reply with "We regret....and then want to discuss and regain some confidence" garbage.

Nick was easy to work with. He supplied me the build sheet for the car. We worked out a deal on line as I live in Fort Lauderdale. I pulled in and 40 minutes later (including test drive) I was driving home.
