My wife Carol and I want compliment and thank you, Mark, and Ron for the professional handling of our new Cadillac CTS lease last week. Thanks for the efficient way the paperwork was prepared and ready for review and signature. To your service people for their meticulous attention to detail in preparing the vehicle for delivery, and to the other support staff who contributed to ensure that all went well like clockwork.

I especially enjoyed being introduced to Mister DeVoe senior who should be secure in the knowledge that the automobile organization that I am sure he has worked and sacrificed very hard for is in capable hands.
