You don't get to see your benefits until you pay. I'm paying 400 a month for a insurance company that does not cover anything. I specifically asked for a doctor to be covered. They told me he is covered. I later call and he isn't covered. You are lied to. They won't give you a refund either, even though its a 30 day money back guarantee.

As I write this review, 80% of our claims have not been paid to providers, and the only claims that were paid were the ones from FEBRUARY that I called and complained multiple times. Will review again when the end of the year rolls around and we'll see where the claims are. I've sent at least 6 emails about it, and getting ready to send another one. Talking doesn't work.

If I could give negative stars, it would be negative 1000 stars. The salespeople are told to lie to get the sale. had a customer service person tell me this straight up. They say you get a 30-day free look at the policy, but you have to pay to get the details. The 30-day free look you have no coverage, but you pay for the fact you have no coverage. Then you pay each month going forward. That makes it 30-day paid look with no coverage. If you try to make changes you have to start over. Have a new 30 day "free" look period. and change rates. I have filed a complaint with the NYS Insurance board.

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would give -1000. I am with a providers office and have been dealing with this insurance since last year for a family of our patients. I am still trying to get checks from 11/2024. They say that the checks were mailed out the end of April. Called back to see where they were and was told that i had to wait 60 days before they could do a check trace and if they need to be reissued, they have 60 days to send out new checks. Cannot talk to supervisor or manager and the representatives can only say "I am sorry but there is nothing more we can do". We even had the parents involved but that did nothing. We have had no choice but to refuse this insurance. If anyone has a provider representative or anyone that we can call to get this resolved I would appreciate the information.

Buyer beware when it comes to paying claims in a timely manner they have failed twice in less than a year. I would strongly recommend NOT to buy from this company.

Please do not pay for Health Insurance from this company. Their sales representatives lied about coverage over the phone only to find out different information on the multi-page document they quickly have you sign. Beware - you pay a lot for no coverage when you need to use and and ask them prior to signing up if coverage is provided. Work with your Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, etc. Leave these scam companies alone and hopefully they will go out of business.
