As I write this review, 80% of our claims have not been paid to providers, and the only claims that were paid were the ones from FEBRUARY that I called and complained multiple times. Will review again when the end of the year rolls around and we'll see where the claims are. I've sent at least 6 emails about it, and getting ready to send another one. Talking doesn't work.
