If I could give a negative amount of stars I would give -1000.
I am with a providers office and have been dealing with this insurance since last year for a family of our patients. I am still trying to get checks from 11/2024. They say that the checks were mailed out the end of April. Called back to see where they were and was told that i had to wait 60 days before they could do a check trace and if they need to be reissued, they have 60 days to send out new checks. Cannot talk to supervisor or manager and the representatives can only say "I am sorry but there is nothing more we can do". We even had the parents involved but that did nothing. We have had no choice but to refuse this insurance. If anyone has a provider representative or anyone that we can call to get this resolved I would appreciate the information.
