Alot of the houses have to be refixed by any means or look fixed

Nice design and solid feel but thrown together with poor trim and finish. I like the overhang and solid floor. Dont like the fisher price quality plumbing fixtures and bad attitude when called out for poor finish quality issues and never really resolved my warranty issues. Nice 2x6 exterior walls but no underlayment between siding just siding from finishers on ends at top. And inferior windows but better than a lot of makes. Nice design just poorly finished and or cheap fixtures and electrical (no box for switches that go bad quick).. Solid structure though..

Mobile home has been sitting on property for four months still not able to move in it too many repairs need to be made doors are not plum walls are not straight there s a gap in the front door so big the bugs fly through while it s closed
Lights don t work rip in the linoleum floor they tried to glue it down poor paint job on the walls Microwave had been dropped before installing Ceramic tile is broke in places other places not finished holes in the grout pieces of siding on the outside is missing Pieces of siding damaged in transport trim around doors and windows are cracked and many many more things do not buy from Destiny

The only reason I m giving one star is because I have to in order to post a review. If I had my choice I wouldn t give them any. We made the mistake of buying a Destiny home from this company last year. It s a decision we have sorely regretted. We went to view the home on their lot before they delivered it, and they had some of our rooms painted the wrong colors, and had the wrong tile on our backdrops. Those issues delayed the delivery by several weeks, which is to be expected. When they finally brought it and set it up the real problems began. We finally got to move in, and immediately found issues. Let s start with the kitchen. Our butcher block countertop was cut crooked, and had to be replaced. Our countertops had huge gaps filled with dark gray caulking. They replaced one part, but haven t touched the rest. I turned our dishwasher on, and immediately had a water puddle in my floor. It had a hole in the side, which they wanted to patch with silicone. We were told that the patching would last 3-4 years, so we refused and asked for a new dish washer. I finally got that 6 months after we moved in. Moving on to the guest bathroom... the shower has never worked. In order to get any pressure at all you have to turn it all the way on and scald yourself. Now for the living room. We had two crooked walls. One wall was so crooked that it had to be redone entirely. They are still not completely straight. Every single outlet was crooked. The mantle looks like it s about to fall off. There is a gap between it and the wall. The mantle and the stone hearth have paint all over them. In the laundry room there are gaps around the light switches and around the breaker box. We made the huge mistake of letting them put a tray ceiling in the dining room. There are huge cracks in the ceiling at each corner that go all the way to the wall. One of the main issues has been the cracks in the wall. Pretty much every room has huge cracks in the walls. Most are at the corners of the windows, but some are in the middle of the wall. This is probably because the house is not level. The floors are very uneven. The tile in the main bathroom shower has begun to crack also. The heating and cooling doesn t work properly. Our main problem is that they won t send anyone to fix these things. They tell you they will, but they won t. We have had some one come a few times, but they didn t fix anything. It s usually worse after they leave. If you are home shopping do yourself a favor and don t buy a Destiny home. I have posted this to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Sloppy home builders that don't stand behind their work. Buy from anyone else.

After 8 months we are still dealing with these rip-offs. Three crews have been to our house on several occasions and nothing is being fixed! These crews do the sloppiest jobs and seems they just started on the job. I have pics after pics of the poor work being done and I hope to save someone from the heartache we have endured!

Very disappointment I am stuck in a mortgage for a home that will never be worth what I pay! This home has had hundreds of cracks, a warped wall, A/C issues, baseboards and crown molding is cheap press board wrapped with paper that looks like varnishes wood. Cabinets are very cheap! Bathroom vent wont work and toilet seats are to big for the toilets. Doors on house and fireplace doors have had to be repaired. Plumbers didnt even hook up the shower drain under the module when it was delivered and for a week the shower ran out on the ground. Do Not buy a Destiny home! They will not repair the issues and you will not get what you pay for!!

So sad this home is falling apart, constantly leaking. Roof is bad - we have called a couple companies to repair and they all say the same thing - great materials - really poor workmanship. The sinks all leak. Plumber did say builder used the cheapest material possible - has caused warping / sinking cabinets under the sink. Way too many other things to list. You move in & the house is literally falling apart.

We was told specificality homes go thru line different etc etc wrong laminate bathroom ,not cleaned of dust ,water leaks ,roof leaks ,a guy they sent to fix they fired him no one has been back and that was 2 months ago roof leak forget about setting anything on mantle it slants

I guess my experience with them was indicative of many others experience as they've gone out of business.

I m happy with my Destiny Industries home. As with any new home there have been some issues- but everything has been taken care of. their service crews have been top notch.
My house has moen plumbing fixtures, and porcelain sinks. The house is built strong with beautiful finishes throughout. We did a lot of research before buying, and chose Destiny because of its quality build. Thank you for a solid build!

I've ordered a few of their homes for customers and have received nothing but excitement and compliments on them. Compared to some other brands I have dealt with in the past they require little service work.... But hey, they need it anyways in the beginning these homes weigh a tone due to the amount of materials in them and fly down the road 50 mph at least. But they will always be corrected by who you get it from. I've ordered Cavaliers, Live oaks, I have fleetwoods and Palm harbors on my lot. These Destiny homes look and feel more residential than any of the others I've mentioned. Ten fold. I can not stress enough how much I recommend them for your next home build. You will not be disappointed.

Big mistake buying this home, nothing but problems and only 3 years old. Too much to list now calling a lawyer.

The only positive reviews are those that work there buyer beware all similar issues as the others the worst part is getting someone down here to fix anything it s ridiculous what a joke we wish we had never bought with them

Best Built mobile homes in the market today I really love my home they did an excellent

Yes, the homes look good. However, having issues like doors not shutting properly, sloppy paint jobs, electrical issues, not cleaned up when moving in, dust everywhere, dust and chunks of sheetrock in ventilation systems , roof leaking, are just a few of the issues. The worst issue is actually getting someone down to fix anything. It is shoddy workmanship and even shoddier customer service. Not impressed and deeply regretting this purchase.

We have tried contacting them MULTIPLE times regarding the LIST of issues in our home. They came out twice now and have yet to actually fix ANY of the issues. The home is nice(pretty) but with all the issues and the TERRIBLE customer services, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have emailed and called almost daily and no one will answer us. Just a waste of money.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Don t waste your time or money with these people. Your brand new home will be falling apart in months and they will refuse to fix issues, return your calls/emails, AND they will find a way to blame the issues on anyone but themself. VERY rude customer service from the lady that answers the phone all the way to the supervisors! And definitely don t fall for the... we will fix any issues within the first year. Because... they won t. And once a year passes (even if the issues were addressed within the year) they say they are no longer responsible and good luck. Horrible experience to say the least

Oh... and the homes will look beautiful and well built on the lot. It doesn t last long. They are cheap.
