I would give ZERO stars if I could. Don t waste your time or money with these people. Your brand new home will be falling apart in months and they will refuse to fix issues, return your calls/emails, AND they will find a way to blame the issues on anyone but themself. VERY rude customer service from the lady that answers the phone all the way to the supervisors! And definitely don t fall for the... we will fix any issues within the first year. Because... they won t. And once a year passes (even if the issues were addressed within the year) they say they are no longer responsible and good luck. Horrible experience to say the least

Oh... and the homes will look beautiful and well built on the lot. It doesn t last long. They are cheap.
