Fun place, very popular on Friday and Saturday nights, even in this COVID era. Great place for treats.

The cookies are great and the lemon blueberry cake is really good and moist (almost like tres leche). It's been a favorite place of mine during the quarantine cause of their socially responsible staff and late hours.

Slow service at this location and they need more people for kitchen

This place use to be my all time favorite dessert place in Houston. This location was the first one I ever went to, I use to go to the Post Oak one when it existed. I'm disappointed that this recent time around, I was left un-impressed with the desserts. I ordered a Red Velvet Cupcake and a Monkey Bar (I think it was called). The Monkey Bar is a hybrid between a brownie, but it was very hard, not really what I was thinking. The cupcake was the same, it was not moist. And the icing was very hard. I'm saddened the quality is not there anymore.

The parking at this location can be a nightmare during lunch hours apparently, we circled the parking lot a few times waiting for a spot to open up. So it was more disappointing that the effort was wasted on desserts that were lacking the taste and quality.

Really excellent Tres Leche cake! I wanted the best in town for a friends birthday- all guests agreed it was the best Tres Leches they had ever had. Even my dieting friends had 2 servings

It's a cool looking, very casual dessert place. Prices are fine for this kind of place, but portions are huge. Unfortunately, things just aren't quite as tasty as you'd hope - they're good, but not great.

Absolutely love all the treats here! Would have given it a five-star but the service was really crappy, it seemed like those kids were above answering any of our questions and they were talking a lot to themselves rather than taking care of any of the customers

They have made my daughters custom birthday cake the last two years and has been great!

We really wanted to like this place as the menu looks great. Unfortunately after ordering 2 different times, both times the orders delivered were incorrect. The most recent order was yesterday Aug 23 and we ordered 4 items and only got 3. The orders are sealed so this was not a delivery driver mistake. We won't be ordering from here ever again.

We always enjoy the selections of pastries and cakes.

Selection is not the greatest and they're a little pricy but if you need a sweet fix the will do.

Do NOT eat Mama's Chocolate Cake from this place, you will be back for more & more!!!! So delicious.

Amazing desserts all around but the Key Lime Cheesecake blows my mind every time...

Would have given five starts but was very upsey when I traveled across town to get my family dessert only to receive cupcakes that were more than day old and not tasty. They absolutely redeemed themselves by apologizing and replacing my desserts free of charge!!! They were as they usually are delicious.

This is hands down Qi Qi's favorite place for desert. Half way through the day, she started to complain that I didn't make her breakfast. Took her to the Arabic food trucks, than she wanted desert. She was craving tres leches and although I can't stand that type of cake, she loves it.

Dessert Gallery in her opinion is the best. Because I introduced her to the place, it's a bit my fault, monkey bars and Carmelitos are my favorite although these are for my mother.

I recommend for everyone to stop by and by your love ones a snack from here. You will not regret it, until you wake up the next day and have to diet the calories off .

I've been going here every year for my birthday for several years. I always get the Old Fashioned Diner Cake. The portions are HUGE, and the cake always tastes good. Great rice krispie treats too......

So disappointed... how is it that you do not know how to make Tiramisu correctly. The lady fingers were completely dry!! They were never even soaked in expresso coffee. Not to mention no liquor or hint of rum. It can be made without the rum but that is the classic way. $7 by the way. Refunded immediately.

I went to the dessert gallery Saturday, 4/11 right after work and I got 2 of the survival cake kits so I can decorate cakes with my niece. I got 1 chocolate and 1 vanilla. And when I opened the vanilla one Sunday afternoon 4/12, it was really moldy and I was so grossed out. Probably won't be buying from here anymore

My first time going today. My cake was delicious. Its enough for two days. I will be back many delicious offerings. My wife had the key lime pie she loved it.

My daughter purchased the Red Velvet Cake for my Birthday Dinner of 9. As always it was fresh, moist - delicious!

Actually a really cute place. They sadly didn't have what I originally wanted, but that was on Saturday at like 9:30pm, so that is okay. I ended up ordering a Brownie Blowout and it was delicious! I'd recommend it all the way!

The best Cappuccino I have ever had. Love the pastries too.

The pastored did look good but I just came here for a coffee. I ordered and overpriced Americano ($3.79) and for that price I would have expected really good coffee and a really good pull. This was just flat . Additionally loud 80s disco music was playing non stop , how is that good for a cafe atmosphere at 10:30am? I hate to say this but for coffee today do better going to Starbucks

Came here after a terrible dinner somewhere else and wanted to end the night on a high note. This place definitely hits the mark! The staff was super friendly. The place was clean and organized. The cakes were sooooooo good and the slices were huge! I am definitely coming back!

I have visited this location three times. Only the first time was worth telling. The other two times ruined the review. My boyfriend and I went after ordering a Lyft for date night, we chose to go here first. It was not great since the staff were distant, but rude. The time I went with my girlfriend to give this place one more try, the visit was just a bad. The staff were not friendly, not approachable, nor helpful. I'll no longer be visiting for dessert.

I am not a dessert connoisseur, but suffice it to say I've had my fair share of them in my life. This place is the epitome of a fantastic dessert spot: extremely clean, attractive decor, delicious dessert choices, and outstanding service. Today was our first time visiting and my husband and I will definitely return (multiple times). Go. Go. Go. Try everything, but the German chocolate cake, black & white cookies, and lemon cake are decadent. Spread the word!

I would give this place 5 stars because the quality of the product is very good. The problem that continuously happening makes me to give only one star. This is the 5th time coming here this month. Out of that five times only once i was able to get what I really came for, that is a HOT CHOCOLATE. The machine is broken, and when the machine works they out of milk. Always the same problem over and over.

This place is fantastic. Great food, excellent service with a staff that represents diversity. This is Houston at it's best. A must visit.

I remember in January when I was so eager to be healthier. A few months later, while on lockdown and craving something fierce, I searched for dessert with delivery options. Here enters Dessert Gallery, tempting me with its menu items of tres leches, red velvet, and unicorn cakes. I ordered a slice of tres leches, red velvet, and a cheesecake, and was happy to sample each one they arrived.

My favorite was the tres leches, it had the right amount of cake and sweetness. The red velvet cake as tasty and well balanced. The icing was divine. The cheesecake was not as good as I thought it wouldn't been, judging from the other called, but it was still pretty tasty.

The only major concern I had, hence the drop in stars, was that this place is a tad bit pricey. Each slice was about $9 so my order for the three slices(with delivery) came up to $35. I recommend and, when the unicorn cake comes back in stock, plan on patronizing again.

Dined with our good friends, including the wonderful long time owner of this Houston establishment. Desserts are to die for, and the atmosphere is inviting with a chic decor and layout. There is simply no better place to go for an early morning treat or a late night escapade...it just puts you in the right mood.

Great selections, great quality and great ambiance. Parking can be scarce in the evenings.

The staff is friendly, and the presentation of the desserts is very appealing! It was extreamly cold inside to me.
Nonetheless, I took advantage of outside sidewalk sitting! A delight!

A bit pricey but that's what happens when you have a delicious dessert spot to the Galleria.

The wait was VERY long due to them only allowing take out orders. Great customer service. My piece of cake was smaller than usual, which was disappointing especially after the 30 minute wait in line... but still VERY yummy.

The most beautiful dessert I have ever eaten is Tricholas here, something indescribable

They have wonderful desserts including my favorite.....Sugar-free Carrot "mini" Cupcakes!!

Bought a Mom's Chocolate cake but when we opened it up it was one of their Diner Cakes..

OMG!!!!!! This place is Amazing!!! I found my Yellow Cake and Chocolate Cake like Granny use to bake!!!!! Get here fast!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!! Nice environment to sit and have a nice snack with the family or strike a business deal!!!

Do yourself a favor ..get the chosen cheesecake. OMG! So so good!

The dessert's were awesome, however the coffee wasn't ready took way too long to brew and then it was bitter and no hot chocolate either ...

Due to covid you cannot sit inside which is unfortunate in the cold as you do not want to sit outside in the cold with no heat on.

They have a lot of dessert options. Seems like you are in heaven. The service was extremely slow. Also the staff needs some energy. Like a push... They were so slow no positive vibes...

This place is great. The lemon blueberry cake is my favorite. So tart and sweet at the same time. Cake is the right amount of moist and the frosting is the right amount of creamy. You can tell someone there really cares about what they're making.

The cakes here are so delicious!! I love the carrot and tres leches. The location is always really clean and staff very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to others when you need a sweet fix. No regrets!

Huge slices of cake, would recommend sharing one between two.

Parking was a little bit of a hassle, but i managed to pick up my cake quickly and continue on my way with no issue.

Macaroons are really good. Limited cup cake flavors but don t get me wrong they taste great especially red velvet.

I love the red velvet cake. It's moist and delicious. Everything in the display case looks delicious.

Absolutely delicious treats. The cake pops are extra sweet and battery, the pecan bar was the perfect level of sweetness and flavor, and they had so many more options to choose from! I would just not recommend the half baked walnut brownie. It was too mushy and not too sweet.

Pricey (but look where you are), but the desserts are fantastic. Homemade in the back, fresh coffee ready to go as well as a full coffee bar (latte, espresso, etc) now. House of pies, down the street, is a better deal - but this place definitely puts a lot more effort into their product and it shows. Good date spot!

I had the old fashioned diner...the cake was good...However the frosting was way to thick and sweet. I probably scraped have of it off.

Not a fan of the chocolate cake. Way too sweet and "one note". Didn't like the frosting.

Got the lemon blueberry cake and it was decent but nothing special.
The main issue was the service and the coffee.
It took about 5 minutes just to get a slice of cake and there weren't any other customers there.
Lattes shouldn't take 10 minutes to make and then be served cold. Then when asked for a warm cup they return it with scalding levels.
The taste of the coffee was also very poor.

Poor service, poor coffee, and an alright dessert.
All around too expensive too for what they offered.

Tres leches here might have beaten everyone of it's comparisons. FANTASTIC!!!

The cake game is here!! Their milk cake is my best of em all (although all their cakes are great, you have to ask the staff about how they taste like so you can get a good order that matches your taste) the staff are very nice and i like the interior where you can sit comfortably and chat with friends.

Orem truffles, The Big O, and the cookies are major reasons I come here. It's pricey but I'm willing to pay that because I aint baking anytime soon.

I went here because I saw a blueberry cake- and I promise you this is the absolute best lemon blueberry cake I've ever had. Its almost like a lemon blueberry cheesecake had a beautiful baby with a really good vanilla cake. Theres a layer of some kind of blueberry compote covering the bottom of this masterpiece. I brought it home and had it hours after I bought it and wished I had tried it there to tip the people in the store for handing it to me I bake but I dont know I can achieve that level of perfection- thank you guys I'm going to shut up now but that was amazing
