I had a wonderful experience with this company. First time Dental Loupe purchase. From the sales rep Jeff, to Anna one of the Managers, to Kerri who dealt with repairs, the customer service was top notch. Anna and Kerri made sure everything was perfect with my loupes and went above and beyond following up with me regularly. Thank you so much, much appreciated!

the loops lack clarity and seems to be of a cheap plastic. company customer service is terrible. rude and unprofessional telephone operators. i see reviews all over and it seems the bosses of this company dont care what people say or feel online. i have Oroscoptic and decided to give design for vision a try. first of, the lenses are no match. you are looking at plastice second grade quality lenses where you loose a lot of clarity. you still see and you think is good vision till you put your other lenses side by side with these and then you will see how much you are missing. the rep promissed a 45 day return. dont beleive it till they put it in writting. even at that they lie and dont honor the warranty. the company is giving us a hard time to give us credit. i had the lenses only for 3 days and the rep took them. still i am dealing with some very unprofesssionall operators to get my money back but no luck. so we are disputing the charges. i would go with Oroscoptic for a few hundereds more. i like quality better and the company has very rude and unprofessional customer rep and service.

updated: oct 15/2021 terrible company. still trying to get my refund. rude staff seems to be working from a mom and dad home somewhere in NY or ...they lie to you about the warranty and the quality. i ended up getting oroscoptic. now for all you professionals, ask these sellers if the lense is glass or plastic. put a oroscoptic lense next to design for vision lense. if you guys can do small details work with those cheap plastics then fine but before you do , go and compare the lenses. this is a small company with not a lot of resources and lenses seems to have been manufactures in somewere in Asia. they even got my focal point wrong.
Their products are designed not to last My sport frame broke over 5 times for the last few years and every time I send for repair customer service will tell me that I have to buy new frame or new temple and it cost money The fibre optic loops supposed to have a lifetime guarantee however they do Nat make them anymore so they offer a trade in and that will cost money as well If they offer the lifetime warranty on their products I would not be charged for an upgrade or trade in if they do not make the product anymore
The repair department led by Kerri is awful. I feel like I am dealing with a bunch of incompetent careless employees. Will not be buying loupes from you again!
Absolute disgrace of a company. Loupes break within 2 years (two pairs both broke after being treated like eggs). LEDs are weak in attachment to frame and wear out after a year. Customer service is unhelpful and condescending. If you want to watch clowns work, save your money and buy a ticket to the circus. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I'm so surprised at the reviews. I've had my loupes for 10 years! I love them. I was going to replace them, but customer service recommended a repair to avoid the large cost of a brand new pair. I thought that was awesome! I would definitely recommend them!
This company has been nothing but a headache, starting with poor customer service and lack of communication with the local rep as well as the head office. At first when I ordered 3.5x magnification loupes with headlight, the loupes that came in provided no vision through one lens. When I finally was able to get a hold of the rep for repair, he forcefully tried bending the lenses which did not help at all. Therefore, I decided to send everything back and get another design (downgraded) and was told I'd get a refund for the downgrade for which I still have not. It has been several months that I have been waiting for these loupes. Given the lack of communication and support from them, I decided to fully return everything, having no loupes or headlight and still waiting on a refund. Essentially this company will do nothing but waste your time and give you the run around
Very disappointing for a company like Designs for Vision to offer flimsy plastic face shields that are absolutely not usable and not stand behind their defective product. I have been a loyal customer since I graduate from dental school in 1995 but no more...I guess the low Google ratings are indicative of the real character of this ill managed company. SA, DDS
I had the best customer service experience of my life this week with Designs for Vision. My loupes broke yesterday and I called customer service and had the amazing luck of being connected to Antonia Piacentini. Antonia was SO helpful and went out of her way to help me. She had the repair done in 24 hours when it normally takes several weeks!! She personally expedited and tracked the status of the repair and called me when they were ready for pick up. Concierge next level customer service. Thank you Antonia!
This company s customer service is beyond terrible. Like others have expressed, the service department is incompetent and they have been sitting on my loupes for a week and a half evaluating them . What is there to evaluate? The frame is broken....
