Their products are designed not to last
My sport frame broke over 5 times for the last few years and every time I send for repair customer service will tell me that I have to buy new frame or new temple and it cost money
The fibre optic loops supposed to have a lifetime guarantee however they do Nat make them anymore so they offer a trade in and that will cost money as well
If they offer the lifetime warranty on their products I would not be charged for an upgrade or trade in if they do not make the product anymore
