I had the best customer service experience of my life this week with Designs for Vision. My loupes broke yesterday and I called customer service and had the amazing luck of being connected to Antonia Piacentini. Antonia was SO helpful and went out of her way to help me. She had the repair done in 24 hours when it normally takes several weeks!! She personally expedited and tracked the status of the repair and called me when they were ready for pick up.
