After having checked twice about the order (one day in advance), 1 pizza was delivered too little. Called to indicate it, they indicated that we have to pay for the pizza. Indicating that we have already paid for that pizza, we still had to pay for it. Very angry response on the phone that it would be our fault. Beste Peter Langale, zo juist hebben we uw reactie gezien en beoordeelt bedankt voor het melden . uw klacht over het interieur konden we niet helemaal begrijpen maar de volgende over onze te hard gereden bezorger wel. wij zouden het op prijs stellen als u het volgende keer doorstreeks aan ons meldt, kunnen we het dan gelijk oplossen en degene daarop aanspreken op zijn/haar gedrag .
Ordered food for 8 people and never got it. Called several times at the back but no response.
Have ordered, but it took a while. When I was just calling, where my order was, the deliveryman came. There was a part of the order missing, very annoying. Called and received the rest of my order within 15 minutes. They have nicely apologized and made up for it. All in all a good service, because even this customer understands that it can not always go well. ;)

Food tastes good, but for the umpteenth time drinks are forgotten when ordering. You would also think that if you ordered a Jumbo Bella Pyramid Box, which costs 2 more than a small one, the portion is larger. However, the portion is the same size, "but there is more meat in it". A great rip off if you ask me.
