Design Integration did some major projects for us in the past, so suffice to say they have received quite a bit of business from us. However, if you choose to use another company down the road, they are VERY unprofessional when you need to return to them for information from their projects.
They had a change in their service department in recent times and have a person named Michael (I will leave out the last name) as the point of contact. He is not a good representation of the company and has turned away our business.
What you want in a company is not just someone who does good work, but someone who appreciates their customers a few years later. This company, due to recent staffing, is only focused on current customers and not previous ones.
