Very friendly helpful and professional staff who worked hard to achieve our sale despite the current Coronovirus situation.

After a poor start, the staff were amazing and supportive. And, the process has been quick and smooth. Would recommend.

We viewed a house with Balch in the middle of the lockdown. As the house was vacant, Trefor was able to show us the house at a time that suited us. We immediately fell in love with the house, but hadn't sold ours at that point so were not in a position to make an offer. It took a few months for us to eventually sell, but all along the way, Trefor kept me up to date with the status of the house we loved. When the time finally came for us to make an offer, there was also another party interested in the property and it was a very fraught time! But Trefor was brilliant and we finally negotiated a great deal. Trefor's professionalism and his absolutely honesty is what I loved the most - he was realistic with his views of the property market during the pandemic and never gave us any false hope. The office was always prompt with answering the phone and Trefor always replied to my emails too. The sale eventually went through quickly and relatively smoothly. I don't intend on moving house ever again, but if I ever did, then it would be Balch Estates that I would contact in the first instance. Thanks very much to Trefor and his team!

Be careful when renting. Tried to deduct money from deposit at the end of the tenancy for 'cleaning' despite us leaving the property cleaner than it was when we moved in. Staff very unreasonable about this.
