Desert wind is a great place. Jerry and Bobby are great I give them 2 a 12 star. They sit and wait with you while the gm finds the way so you can get your new bike. Desert Wind actually treat you like family and I will do my business with them anytime

My wife and I were greeted by Ray, the fit expert. Ray walked us and explained in detail every motorcycles we were interested in. Ray was patient with us and willing to answer any questions we had even though we told him we were not buying that day. We decided on which ones we wanted and they worked with us to get the best deal. The entire team gladly welcomed us to the family.

Hugh was helpful and didn't seem to push or try to sell you something you didn't want. I'd buy from him and Desert Winds Harley Davidson again.

Do your credit and see what they offer FIRST! I would shop around different places before you finalize the deal, what they don't tell you is you can get a better price at a different store and they will lower the price so you don't leave.

Let me start off by saying this place cares about you and treats you like family the moment you walk in! William was the one who sold me my first bike. He did everything he could to make the sale. While the buying process was a little shaky, William did everything to sell me my 13 sportster Iron XL883N and got the deal done! Ive been down to your dealership on two separate occasions. I went back to see about parts and went back again for a Birthday present for my pops. Each time I came back youre entire staff was friendly but it was William who again went above and beyond to help me. He walked me through how to change and fix a lose air filter. Man bikes are awesome to work on easy as cake once you know. I want to personally thank William for caring and treating me like a person and not a customer or just another sale!

Purchased a new 2013 Electra Glide Ultra Classic to replace a totaled 2010 Road King. Highly recommend Marlon Darton as a awesome sales representative. He always kept me informed of the status of my bike after the order was placed and answered all my questions.

On Saturday, I came in to Desert Wind HD, just to see what was out there for me as far as buying a new bike. I had no idea I would be treated as well as I was. Larz was the man! He took the time to get to know my riding style, where I go to cruise, and helped me pick the bike that was best for me. Which ended up with a brand new 2019 XL883N. AND I COULDN T BE MORE HAPPIER! This bike is an absolute machine, tons of power, and enjoyment to cruise on the highway. And not only is the bike awesome, but Larz, Bryan, everyone down there made my first ever Harley experience memorable!

Best experience I have had at a dealership. Got the full tour with no pressure to buy. The entire staff was very helpful and nice. So nice that I signed up for the beginners course with them. If the course is anything like their customer service I am sure I will have a great time.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, I've always had a very positive experience here. I got my license here one year ago and had a very positive experience doing so. Not just the instructors but the whole staff were all very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the whole process. Since then I've been to a few events and in for parts or accessories a few times. I always get a warm welcome and very helpful service. Today we were helped by kathy in apparel and Jacob from sales they both went out of their way to make my little girl feel special. She is still beaming with excitement about the day that she had at the Harley dealership. To Jacob and kathy thank you again for all of your help and your kindness!!

Best Sales experience I have ever had. This is the 6th new Harley I have bought and it was by far the best. Senior and Roger were fantastic! I had my 1000 mile service done a week ago and it went great. Don't waste your time going to another dealer.

Horrible service would not recommend desert wind there are other places that sell Harley parts and bikes in the Phoenix area.

1st and LAST time I ever go there. I was looking for some different options on front pegs for an 08' VRSCDX Nightrod Special. Tried to pick the parts guy's brain and ultimately a purchase and customer, but felt unwelcome and was given the COLD SHOULDER.
I walked out, then back in and explained to 3 salesman what a J/Off the parts guy is. Never introduced himself so don't know his name. Typical Harley Davidson dealer I suppose. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I picked up my Harley Breakout 114 that I purchased through Military Auto Source while deployed. From the start the customer service I received was unmatched. The professionalism and sincerity of everyone in that store blew me away. They made what I thought was a simple pick up into a very special event for both my wife and I. A special thanks goes out to Ray R. but the entire staff was nothing short of phenomenal!!

No matter where I go in the U.S. I will be back to Desert Winds to purchase my next Harley.

Absolutely great experience. I've heard it thrown out a lot that Harley is just one big family, and Brad and Jonny really showed why that is said and passed around. They were both tremendous help and really knowledgeable. They even came back the next day (it being their day off!!!) when I was ready to get the bike finalized to make sure eveything went smoothly! They are definitely going to be my go-to's when I go back.

I have been doing business with Chesters since I moved here 18 months ago. I have 2 bikes that I have serviced from scheduled service, buying tires and recently purchased new wheels. I usually work with Kyle Tooley who is always helpful and informative. This dealership is further from my home than other dealers but, I have the most confidence at Chesters.

Bought my first ever H-D Road Glide Ultra with VIP extended warranty and service program, as well as their tires-for-life incentive. Excellent customer service in all their departments. Their HOG chapter is a very active riding group and their Riding Academy offers an excellent learning experience with their own onsite range and professional H-D MSF-certified RidingCoaches.

My fiance and I were there today pricing bikes we went to a van I got a phone call I was trying to finish my phone call before we had it on the road and two of the employees asked us to move a long. We just moved to Mesa from Tucson a couple weeks ago. I have to say I don't believe we will be ever going back to that location. I wonder how many ever big sales they have lost due to making their customers uncomfortable. I wonder if they're boss knows that's how they are doing business. I could understand if they were packed in needed parking but there wasn't very many people even there so we are still dumbfounded on why we were told to move along after we had just priced some bikes. Oh well their loss sadworld these days too many rude judgemental people these days. Please Lord forgive them for their meanness

I have been to Desert Wind Harley Davidson several times for service work. JJ has been very good to work with. The whole service experience was great! I would highly recommend them for any service work.

Larz Schwartz at Desert Wind Harley is great!! He never made me feel pressured the whole time we were there looking at bikes. He knew what I was looking for and had multiple bikes for me to look at and then I mentioned another type and he took me straight to those as well. Larz really knows his job and how to make customers feel welcomed. Rick Daizadeh in financing was great as well. He answered all our questions and concerns.Everyone we made contact with at Desert Wind Harley were all very helpful and gave great customer service!! Highly recommend this shop!! My son and I rented bikes for a ride in the mountains.. We made a couple of changes to the date and time and everything worked very well with the arrangements and changes. The rental person (Pam) was excellent. I will rent from them next time I'm in the area!

Stopped in to kill some time and Logan was fantastic, he knew we weren't going to make a purchase but helped answer any questions and showed us the new as well! Love this location always!

One Harley place that tries to keep customers satisfied. Unlike most modern HD dealers that could care less Ds anything but a buck, these guys work hard for your business. We own 2 HDs and stop in for service parts and accessories, if we have any problems they work with us to make things correct, and we bought our bikes from a different dealer. That dealer drove us off with lousy service. 2 thums up to Desert Wind.

I reached out to Desert Wind to purchase a motorcycle and attempting to get as many questions and possibly a deal done since I live in Texas.The
internet sales person was pretty good in responding to my email and called to speak about the bike.

When I requested to speak to a sales manager to hopefully come to an agreement for sale, which was going to be in cash, things feel apart. The internet sales person told me that they would leave a message and they would call me back, no call back from anyone at the sales department. I called back several times with the same outcome. I have not received a call or even an email

Unless you are physically there, Desert Wind doesn't really seem to care. If you're looking to purchase a motorcycle from them and coming from another state do not go out of your way.

Awesome experience buying my first Harley. I highly recommend this location over others in Phoenix. Steel did a great job answering all my questions and getting me on the bike that I wanted! Not pushy at all, these guys just want you to be happy and riding a motorcycle! Thanks again everybody!

Brad sold me my Sportster 1200 Iron today and I could not be more happy with the experience. He took the time to figure out my best fit. I was looking into a different bike at first and when he showed me and sat me on the 1200, I knew that was the bike and fell in love. Highly recommend this dealership. Just wanted to leave a quick message in regards to Marcus and Logan. I was in today (6-20-20) to look at some bikes. Unfortunately I didn t leave with one. This was not on behalf of these two and the great staff at DWHD. Marcus and Logan were beyond helpful and very professional. While Marcus worked every option they had to get to my comfortable price point, Logan kept my wife and myself entertained with stories and talks about a little thing called life. I absolutely would recommend this dealership and these fine gentleman that I had the pleasure of meeting to anyone looking for a bike.

This is the second Motorcycle I have bought from this dealer and even though the name has changed the service and the experience is the same. Excellent, from the welcoming staff to the no pressure sales people like Greg (Troll) Hughes who made sure I was happy with my purchase. I had went in looking for a specific bike which Greg gladly showed me but after talking to to me and getting to know me and my riding style he actually showed me a lower priced bike that I really am happy with. he could have sold me the higher priced bike and pocketed the commission but I can tell this guy was about ethics and is a true bike enthusiast (a word no real biker should probably comprehend anyways) I truly appreciated the professionalism and look forward to taking my son's there when they are old enough to buy their first scooters.

Wasn't looking for a motorcycle, but official mercendise. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The sales individual went out of her way to get my sale on a bracelet that didn't fit. She put extenders on it to make it fit around my massive wrist, I did buy the bracelet.

For the people who buy a new Harley, and come to have it serviced that's fine. I come in sometimes to buy gaskets, switches etc, for my 98 Dyna wide glide. Good service nice display. And clean. But hey, what HD dealer isn't..no deferent then the next one.

Super professional but down to earth and a no bologna approach... they will make you a great deal and they truly care about earning your loyalty... not all dealerships are the same... go to DW and you will NOT be sorry. My husband loves his new Road Glide Ultra ! And what's more, is that there were a few tweaks that needed done with changing out a seat and of course adding our nations flag to the back, and they did it THAT day... don't know if that's always possible but they whipped it out for us... At the time of my arrival, I was greeted by a fit specialist and we proceeded to perform a test ride on the motorcycle which drew me to Desert Wind Harley. The test ride and all initial interactions with the fit specialist were fantastic. However, during price negotiations on a couple motorcycles I inquired about, I felt constant pressure. Eventually I did agree to purchase the motorcycle I ultimately wanted because I felt I received a decent deal after negotiating for quite some time.

The information regarding my scheduled maintenance agreement was not explained concisely nor fully. After further reviewing the paperwork I was sent home with, I paid nearly $2000.00 for 3 years of scheduled maintenance, which I will most certainly be applying for a full refund on. The paperwork states my planned maintenance is only sufficient up to and including the 10,000 mile service. I was under the impression that I would be covered for a span of 3 years, not limited to only 10,000 miles of coverage. I felt as though the wording in which it was verbally conveyed to me was misleading. No official written documentation outlining the terms of this scheduled maintenance agreement were presented to me at the time of the extended service selection process.

HOWEVER, as initially stated, the only positive experience I had was with the fit specialist, who greeted me immediately and made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. He was the only Desert Wind Harley employee who was straightforward with me and performed his job exceptionally well.

Overall, I will NOT recommend Desert Wind Harley to any first-time motorcycle buyers because of the amount of information that was not conveyed clearly during my purchase. Other than my experience with my fit specialist, I did not enjoy my visit at Desert Wind Harley and will not be returning for any future purchases.

Although, I choose to remain anonymous for this review, I really hope management reads these comments and takes action to implement some changes regarding their employee interaction with potential customers. The intent of this review is hopefully help improve the customer's experience at Desert Wind Harley.

Drove from Texas to rescue a Yamaha being held captive at this dealership. The staff was amazing, well worth the trip. Jonny, Gary and Jerry were very helpful; but Steel is definitely underpaid. He went above and beyond to convert a Yamaha fanatic to the ways of Harley Davidson. Maybe next time!!

Untrustworthy!!!! They will say anything to get you into the door. Dustin puts on a good act. Don t believe them if they say you are approved for a loan. If you have deep pockets and a fat account you maybe safe, but for the average rider they will not take care of you!!!

Simply the best service department I've experienced. Diagnostics are spot on and recommended repairs or service cover what needs to be done to keep the bike running without recommending unnecessary service activities. I depend on my Road King everyday - these are the first guys I call when something goes wrong.

I am from New York and recently rented a Harley from Chesters with a group of friends from the Northeast for a week. I was very impressed with the profesionalism, courtesy and friendly atmosphere. My friends and I were picked up at the airport right on time and all our paperwork was ready for our group to get on our way. Upon our departure, we were picked up at our hotel by Bill and delivered on time to the airport. I was so pleased with my experience, I just purchsed a new CVO Stret Glide from Chesters and will be shipping it back to New York. From Ronel my salesperson to Kathy in finance my purchase experience was just as rewarding. I could have purchased a new Harley from any one of 4 local dealers in New York, with far less hassle but decided on Chesters as I felt steller performance should be rewarded with my new purchase.

Kira Holmes made my experience there so wonderful! She gave some great advice was super helpful through the whole process! 10/10 recommend her help when purchasing a bike!

Greg (Troll) was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the options and the latest advancements in HD motorcycles. I never felt pressure to buy, but I'm glad I did. They have a great team at Desert Wind Harley! I've been to a few HD dealers and don't do these reviews often, but without hesitation I would recommend these guys.

You have the friendliest most helpful employees. Whether buying gear, apparel, parts or getting a service done, we have been really happy with how we are treated at Chester's Harley Davidson.

I ve purchased 3 motorcycles from these folks and have always been treated with great respect and kindness. They have some really great sales people there. Some have come and gone over the years but one constant is Jerry Mutal. Great guy and highly knowledgeable. Parts and service are always on the ball and ready to help. I m also a HOG member of the dealership and enjoy that group of people tremendously. This is a very active dealer. Motor clothes I can t leave out either. If they don t have it they will get it ordered pronto! No disappointments!!

"I came in for new tires and it turned out that I had a leaking rocker box and a bad shift seal. Although I expected to have my tires changed while I waited on Friday, these two items came up as well. My deductible was covered and it didn't cost me a penny to have the repairs made. I was promised my bike on Saturday and I received a call mid morning that the repairs were completed. Both AJ and JJ were very courteous and helpful about some questions I had regarding the future installation of some aftermarket parts that I have. "
