Just called looking for a part and the woman who answered said yes we sale parts I asked if they had contactors and her reply boss says if the contactor goes bad you need to replace the complete control panel I said that s ridiculous why would I replace the complete control panel for a single bad part. Her reply well that s what he s says if you don t like it go somewhere else and hung up . I was tempted to call back but not worth the time. Its pretty clear they ve been ripping people off that don t know any better. 5 thumbs down.
