The representative I spoke with was understanding of my situation, so I have upgraded my review to 3 stars.

Execution is extremely poor I have been paying my bill with no issues but now there's a month where my "username" or "Account Number" is not useable. Why do you need to make paying a bill so difficult?

I do daycare in a home in Saylorville, today DMWW pulled up in front of the house and partially blocked the driveway to do work. I managed to squeeze out to take the children to appts but came back to the driveway being completely blocked! I had to park down the street with 2 kids and their lunch and walk back. I was outside several times this morning and not once did they mention to me they would be blocking the drive. What if one of the kids were to get injured or have an emergency? Get it together! This might sound petty but when someone elses children are your responsibility you take it seriously. This is extremely frustrating.

Great things happening at Waterworks Park. Tunnel under Fleur drive is fantastic long overdue for safety & convenience.

This place absolutely sucks. I was not informed of the changes to payment processing where they removed everyone s auto payments and we had to set them back up. I got no voicemails, emails, and the lady I spoke with couldn t locate any records of letters sent to me. So now I have a bill of several hundred dollars. How did I not get any phone calls about this! It s been almost a year! This seems predatory and makes me very nervous about what else they are doing with my account that I don t know about. This place is worse than dealing with Mediacom. If I didn t literally have to deal with them, I would have dropped this place in a second. The absolute worst.

Customer services is getting worse. Holds are 10-20 minutes and even greater. One of my friends said they screamed at her when she complained about the wait. Saying We only have 5 people and our new computer system is a mess. . The lady replied to her I was calling about the huge rate increases. The new regime, since Bill Stow died, is out of control and acts like MACHINES....

Had a great time with my partner and our daughter. Walking across the old bridge is fun for a toddler and the old swing in the meadow was fun for my Meadow (our daughter . Great place to enjoy nature and see neat things like honey locust trees and their spikes. Head there for free outdoor time, you won't regret it.

I had a great experience using the mobile water station at an event. The location we wanted was a bit of a stretch, but while the Water Works staff tried to set realistic expectations about what they were able to accomplish, they ended up putting the station exactly where we wanted. We had to take a couple out-of-ordinary steps and they could easily have simply said, no, we can't do want you want. I appreciate the time and effort they put it, it definitely made our day.

Customer service on the website leaves much to be desired. The change in billing systems did not achieve a customer friendly result.

We re new to town. Scheduled new service for our new home. The appointment date came and went without anyone coming. My husband was home ALL day, no calls, no one knocked. Called the next day and they claimed they d called and that they were hung up on. They couldn t schedule another appointment until the next week delaying our move in. First bill comes and they add a missed appointment charge! Called to have it removed, they agreed since we haven t removed a charge before we can do it this once . I pointed out again, that the charge wasn t a valid charge in the first place and I had no reason to argue after she s agreed to remove the charge. Their customer service is abhorrent. Welcome to Des Moines, better off will well service.
