This was my second time to see Dr Weisberg and the staff and medical assistant were friendly and made me feel comfortable and all safety measures were definitely in place. Dr Weisberg explains everything in detail and makes sure that you understand and agree with any treatment options. I would highly recommend this office and will continue going there as needed.

I was promptly taken to the examining room for the appointment and had minimum wait for Dr Weisberg. he and the nurse were cordial and quickly performed the dermatology examination as well as treating my actinic keratosis so that I was on my way. It was a good experience.

Overall it was a great experience. Dr. Eric was great and he really made me feel like he knew what he was talking about. The office is super nice and clean. The reason i didn't give it 5 stars is due to the wait time and the lady who checked us out at billing was not very friendly, but overall would definitely recommend this office.

I didn't wait long to go into the exam room. I answered questions from the initial screener, was asked to strip down and Dr Weisberg came in in a matter of just a couple of minutes. His full body exam was fast, professional and thorough. He treated several facial areas with liquid nitrogen, gave time for my questions or comments, responded appropriately, made arrangements for a follow-up visit and we were done. Cover to cover 45-50 minutes max. All in all a satisfactory experience. Oh yes, very nice offices.

Holly was great. Billing dept not so good. Paid my co-pay at time of visit near end of insurance year. Co-pay increased next insurance year Received Bill for additional Co-pay plus administration fee. Seems $5 is the value of a patient to them rather than do their job with insurance company. Sent them the 5 and notice that it will be the last time they overcharge me.

I wish I read the reviews before I went to this office. I can't believe how similar our experiences are. Do not give your money to this office. They don't deserve it.
They are not transparent with their charges. Will not inform you during the appoint how much the services cost. Will try to cut your appointment short. You will receive no support from the office staff.
1. Booked a new client visit for me and my daughter in January 2017. They gave me 1 appointment, but I had to pay for 2 office visits. I had 6 things I want to cover with doctor Hixon, but I was cut of by the nurse after the 3 thing on my list. My daughter was barely looked at for less then a minute and I had to pay a full office visit for her.
2. Asked for 2 small skin parts to be frozen and later received a bill for $134 for it. Was never informed during the visit that this is an extra charge or at least how much will it cost.
3. Booked a second appointment to have some skin cleared on my forehead. Asked beforehand how much will it be as it is not covered by insurance. They said it will be $149. After the office visit I was charged for an additional $105 for an office visit. Really? They couldn't tell me that in advance?
4. Called couple of weeks ago to complain about my additional invoices and they promised that an office manager will call me back. Never received that call.
5. Today I called to clarify these invoices and to share my disagreement. The reaction from the office: You should have asked for a quote before your visit. That is exactly what I did before my second appointment, where they failed to tell me that I need to pay an additional $105 for an office visit.

So at the end I visited this office twice and my total bill is $585. If you have that much money to spare you can give them a try. I would not recommend it though.
Can't believe offices like this are still in business.

I had been to this office before and left disappointed. The front desk is rude and doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk into in. I felt that my routine skin screening was rushed and very impersonal. A few weeks ago, my girls came downwith a rash around their hairline and face. Decided to take them to this doctor to give another chance. Worst mistake ever. We were given a ridiculous diagnosis...don't bother with this place.

I have been going to Dermatology Consultants of Frisco for many years now and have been completely amazed at how each physician or physician's assistant listens to my concerns and explains things to me in a manner in which I can understand. Never once has a concern of mine seemed like it was "stupid", nor did they ever act as if they had to leave the room for the next patient when I was asking questions. They always take time to explain and ensure my need for answers is satisfied.

Dr Eric Weisberg and his team at Dermatology Consultants of Frisco & Precision Dermatology provide outstanding care to their patients. I had acne as a teenager and off and on in adulthood, and since beginning the acne treatment prescribed by Dr Weisberg, the acne is almost dissipated, and my skin feels and looks so much better and healthier. Definitely recommend Dr Eric Weisberg to any patient with skin/ dermatology concerns. Thank you!

To anyone reading this, please DO NOT go here and DO NOT get Dr. Weisberg. I recently went here and had only a small benign cyst on my chest. Dr. Weisberg did not seem to care about my concerns and we went to do a procedure to remove the cyst. He told me that the resulting scar would be small and not noticeable. However, during the actual procedure he made the cut incredibly big and now the scar is over 2 times the size of my original harmless cyst and looks much worse. This is a terrible ugly scar that I now have to live with for the rest of my life and he broke his promise to me saying it would be unnoticeable and he always tried to take none of the blame. I am telling you, I regret coming to this place so much. Don t make the same mistake I did.

The Staff and Doctor both were friendly and would address the concerns. However compared to other Dermatologist, I think Staff and DR can be little proactive specially since its about Kids health like taking a picture of infected area so they can see the progress rather than guessing or asking parents that if medications helped or not.

New patient, made an appointment a couple weeks ago. When I went in to see Dr. Bentow, this guy was about as quick as he could possible be to keep cranking out the > $110 dermatology consulting fees they hit everyone with. They problem here being this imbecile asks ME what I think the issue with my skin is without looking at me to decipher that for himself. Tries to say it's rosacea and prescribes a new random cream. Doesn't go over anything about it or side effects. Didn't my current skin routine, food, exercise, etc. Just blatant disregard for the patient and instead trying to fill the pockets. Stay away from these jagoffs. Thanks!

Both my daughter and I are patients at Dermatology Consultants of Frisco. Dr. Weisberg is knowledgeable and skillful, and I completely trust him with cosmetic procedures. In addition, Holly is an excellent PA; she is knowledgeable and very personable. The entire staff is friendly, energetic, and professional. I highly recommend DCF for your dermatology needs.

Had a consultation with Dr Hixon he was great. Manny removed 2 skin tags and fought with my insurance company as they

I ve been seeing Dr. Weisberg for ten years. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. He is very detailed, patient, and kind. I have been here four or five times over the past six months which I think makes me better qualified to write a review than someone who comes here once or twice. I gave five stars because I work in retail and my reviews by my customers greatly effect me. Does that mean this place was perfect? Well pretty close as far as I am concerned. I realize we are all human and where there are people nothing will be perfect.

Having said that every appointment I had the front desk people were all very friendly and helpful. I find that when you smile and our kind most people respond the same. When you come in with a nasty attitude acting like you are better than everyone else it is a lot harder for people to be patient and kind.

Every appointment I had I was called back either on time or within 10 minutes. That is much better than most Dr offices I ve been to.

I was always treated respectfully and when I asked about cost and for my portion I would be responsible for Everything was clearly explained and there were no misunderstandings about cost.

Dr Bento and his assistant were very friendly and professional. My surgeries were always explained and we went over the procedure beforehand. Dr Bento is very laid back and down to earth and in no way condescending as some Doctors can be.

I also referred a co-worker here and he came in to have a mole removed and had a very similar experience.

Finally on the way out all the girls at the payment counter are very friendly and efficient. Like most people I don t enjoy going to the Dr. but if I need a dermatologist this will always be my go to office.

Thank you for providing excellent care and service!

Staff was incompetent. I had an appointment scheduled to remove some leisions from my face. The healing time was 5-6 days before I could wear make up after the procedure. Staff and all their technology that they used to contact me reminding me about my appointment failed to let me know I needed to arrive 1 hour before my scheduled appointment. I had been told 6 weeks earlier when I scheduled the appointment I would need to arrive a little early, 30 minutes was losely mentioned. I needed numbing cream time to take affect. When I arrived found out that my appointment time was actually the time the doctor ends for the day and that they would not be able to do my appointment. I purposely scheduled my appointment for today 6 weeks prior with the knowledge that I would have the Monday holiday off and would have sufficent time to heal before I could apply make up and return to work on Tuesday after the holiday. I am now looking for a different practice and trying to detrmine a time when I can be off work. They totally did me wrong.

I have visited Dermatology Consultants of Frisco, specifically Tony Markou, PA-C, for nearly a year. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a skin exam. He is thorough, professional, and considerate. After a diagnosis of melanoma in situ, I have gone every 3 months for a checkup. He always explains the results in clear terms and I feel confident that he will find any problems before they become extreme. The entire staff have also been very helpful during check-in, scheduling, and check-out.

Let me start by saying this is not my only frustrating experience there, but the worst. I don't even post reviews on anything, restaurants, doctor offices, etc. But I left there blood boiling. They are extremely unorganized. Sometimes I'll get 2 seperate calls to confirm appointments, then to go in and them not even having my appointment in the books. Today I waited 37 minutes in the room. To then not even having the doctor himself look at the area that a procedure was performed, and having the nurse remove the stitches.. the are more little things that I can get into, but without being to petty I'll leave it with,
It you have a mole on your face, your better off going downtown and having a rat gnaw it off...

When we arrived to the facility, the nurse greeted...

When we arrived to the facility, the nurse greeted us at the door and took our temperatures. I didn't have a fever and neither did my 3 year old daughter but my 5 year old did and she was the one that had the appointment. It was only a low grade fever of 100.5 and I told them she has a double ear infection that is causing it. I asked the nurse if she could check her temperature again because she had been sleeping on the car ride over and the nurse said "no I can't recheck it." They told me if I could get the dr that saw her last to fax over documentation stating she has an ear infection, that would be good enough and would still be seen for the appointment. I called my ent and had them fax over the information, just to find out the dermatologists office didn't have a working fax. I then gave the office my ents information so they could call and talk to them directly for clarification. 30 minutes later, I believe the gentleman's name was manuel or Miguel maybe? His badge said "lead" and that's all I can remember. The lead came out to tell me good news, that we can all go in for the appointment but we all have to wear face masks. I told him I will wear one and my 3 year old would as well but that my 5 year old is a special needs baby and she won't leave the mask on. I told him we could go inside and try but that there's no guarantee. He then said we can just do a teledoc appointment, which I then said no thank you... we have been waiting out here for quite some time just to be told to hop on a Skype call... I'll find another dermatologist and setup an appointment. The lead told me that I was very challenging today and that he heard what was going on with me and was thinking " ok what's next?" That's an extremely rude and unprofessional thing to say, especially when we weren't asking for anything out of the ordinary here and after our ENT verified for them that the low grade fever was clearly not COVID but from ear infections. How the staff reacted and how they treated us seemed almost petty? If you have a special needs child stay far away from this clinic. My husband was able to find another dermatologist in Plano that was more than willing to see us today for an appointment, fully aware of the ear infection and more than happy to see the note from the ENT, (apparently they have email so a fax wasn't necessary), and they even stayed open late for us. They also took her temperature at the clinic in Plano when she arrived and she came in at 98.2... so was probably just warm initially from sitting in her car seat? Could have verified that from the start if the nurse at this clinic had rechecked her like I requested.

Per the State of Texas, every person in Texas shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household; provided, however, that this face-covering requirement does not apply to the following:

1. any person younger than 10 years of age;
2. any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering.

We were clearly not trying to take advantage of anyone here and my child clearly didn't have covid. More than anything it was frustrating that their requirements seemed to keep changing while we sat there in their parking lot... and they essentially told me that myself and my children were making things difficult for them. We weren't asking for anything out of the ordinary here, and we haven't had this problem at any of the other doctors my daughter has seen this week--I understand things haven't been easy for anyone lately with the pandemic and I understand the Office Lead needing to vent, but taking it out on me and my kids wasn't appropriate. They escalated this into something that was totally unnecessary and we will not be back.

Dr. Werner was amazing!! She explained pros and cons of topical steroid usage in detail. She took the time to talk and she took care of my forever pimple spot on my nose right there in office and sent to pathology. She called and told me a week later everything came out fine. I forgot what it was in medical termed that I had. She also addressed my eczema and gave me something more effective. What I appreciate most is when I asked a question related to my kids..she gave an answer and not..I can t tell you because your kids are not my patients like some doctors do.
Great place if you are looking for a dermatologist. This place didn t disappoint me like a well known place in Frisco I went a year ago.

This was my initial visit & reading the reviews I asked to be seen by Dr Bentow who is only at this particular office on Tuesday. After a mix up in scheduling, Dr Bentow made time for me instead of making me reschedule.

I found him to be extremely attentive, listening to any concerns & recommending different products. Even though he was busy he took the time & explained different remedies. Having had 3 Mohs surgeries on my face, I was looking for a doctor who seemed caring and would give you more than five minutes if need be.

I found this with Dr Bentow and would recommend him for anyone looking for a honest, knowledgeable & caring doctor who makes you feel comfortable & talks things over with you, wanting to hear what you have to say.

You will not be disappointed with him.
A satisfied patient who feels she has found a good doctor who cares about his patients.

Efficient check-in, friendly helpful front desk. It was frustrating that I filled in all the info in the mobile phone App, including medications. The person in the room, verifying my info said she didn t know anything about an app, or how to get the medications ghat I had entered, so I had to repeat all of that - frustrating and a time waste for both of us. Otherwise, I waited about 25 min in the room, but the Dr was excellent, and the checkout process was quick and efficient.

Very good experience with Dr. Weisberg. He seems to be very experienced in his field, and takes the time to explain fully his diagnosis and treatment. I've never had a long wait...or ever felt "forgotten". Additionally, he doesn't try to push an ancillary line of expensive skincare products as do some other dermatologists in the area.

Very much like most of the specialists and physician offices in Frisco, the staff is so smug and unfriendly. The first indication of their unfriendly attitude is when they direct you to the "sign in" cove in their office so they do not have to take time out of their busy gossip session behind this glass. During the sign in process you are then prompted to have your DL scanned into their system and if you happen to have a balance from insurance short pay, you are asked if you wand to pay now or pay later, perhaps giving you time to consult with your insurance company, but, then you are asked to take a seat and you will be called when they are ready to see you.

Then, low and behold, before they call you, to see the doctor, you get grilled again by the snooty woman who says the balance must be paid prior to seeing the physician.

I am from a time when snooty help was not hired, much less given access to customers, who, in case they do not know, pay the bills and I for one will not ever endure being treated like a felon. There are plenty of doctors, outside Frisco, who still practice a good bedside manner from the front door to the exit.

My thoughts - stay away from this facility.

I am sure I will receive the same response as many have, again, even the management gets into the act of poor customer service.

When I lived in Illinois, my dermatologist was an MD who graduated from Northwestern Medical School. At this practice in Frisco, I saw a young physician assistant who quoted cosmetic services that were half the price in Illinois when done by an accomplished MD. It would be more cost effective for me to book a flight to Chicago, obtain the services there, spend the weekend and fly back. And, the services would be provided by a seasoned MD who graduated from a top medical school. Stunning visit to the dermatologist (he wasn t a dermatologist) today.

Just went to see Dr. Weisberg. This doctor is competency and knowledge personified. He is clear, concise, to the point. He was like: "on this area you are at 80% so do this, and on that area at 50% so do that, and the reason it's different is this." Wow. That guy is the best. My son and I have been patients with Dermatology C...

My son and I have been patients with Dermatology Consultants of Frisco for over five years. Although I love with my doctor Holly Glover, I cannot say the same for the office policies. I understand the need for a no-show fee as it doesn't give the doctors time to fill the appointment slot. However, if you call to reschedule one to two days prior to your appointment it's considered a "no show" yet this is not communicated to you (I'm sure it's somewhere in the initial paperwork that was completed 5 years ago). After three "No Shows" you're fined $50. I had no clue our family had even ONE No Show on our account, let alone THREE (No-Shows accrue throughout the years. Your past sins are never wiped clean until you literally paid) so I was shocked when I found out we were charged $50 for rescheduling an appointment prior to the appointment time. It wouldn't be so difficult to swallow had there not been appointments involving long waiting times to see the doctor. I am a single mother who is paid hourly. Sitting in a waiting room during office hours costs more than the office visit, it also costs lost wages while away from work. That being said, I've never even been upset with long waiting times... it's the nature of the business and to be honest it didn't happen too often. After spending thousands of dollars with this office with numerous visits and procedures (I have a high deductible so each visit is paid in cash), I would expect as much give as there is take. Communicate with the patient when they call to reschedule that rescheduling will be considered a "no show" and remind them of the policy. I seldom if ever write negative reviews, 90% of the time my reviews are positive (who likes a complainer)! However, today's experience was just poor customer service in my book. To say I'm disappointed in the "office policy" is an understatement. Unfortunately, I'll be finding a new doctor all because of a stingy office policy and lack of communication. Sighhh.
