I like this place. Relaxed and casual atmosphere. Decent food and decent beer selection. Okotoks downtown can get pretty dead in the evening so The Duke often closes a bit earlier than one might expect. Good place to bring kids too.
I love the Decor! The food could use some improvement, but the service was great!
Food is good, staff are professional. Once or twice their beef has been undercooked.

We went in for a bite to eat while passing through Okotoks. Food took over an hour to come out. One staff covering the floor, she was totally overwhelmed, was forgetful, very apologetic.. Food was mediocre.

Three of us for dinner, at service my steak that was ordered medium was blue rare. They took it back with not a word, and my companions ate while I waited. When they finally brought back my steak (cooked perfectly this time) again not a word, just put it on the table and left. By then my friends were finished so I ate alone essentially. When the bill arrived I had been charged full price as well as being charged extra for the side, even though the menu stated one side was included. The waitress refused to discuss it further and said the manager was not around. So I sent an email the next morning just saying I thought it was handled badly and then I was overcharged besides. The answer I received 5 days later basically said it should have been handled differently but oh well. I will probably never return because the customer service is very lacking though the food was pretty good. Disappointing.

Haven't stayed in the rooms but used to always have food and drinks until our last visit. Our waitress was rude and blunt. I waitresses and bartended for years and I was taught how to interact with customers. Haven't been back since.
Once again the staff were awesome and food done right.
Me and a friend got really bad food poisioning from here at the same time and same with a friend. we all went our different ways and it all hit us at 3 am in the morning. i guess don't complain when they get your food order wrong. i write a 2 cuz the food was actually good, diudnt come out hot though.
Stopped in with my Aunt from New Brunswick fir a light lunch. Food and service were great
Our waitress forgot the lemon for my hubby's water....when I went to the bar to ask for some it was put in a shot glass with her bare hands which were then wiped on her apron ! Also when our waters were brought to us her hand was OVER the rim not around the glass so I asked for straws. The meal was good and came fairly quickly .

Worst place I have ever been to. Waited an hour for breakfast. Family of 5 came in 30 minutes after us and got served when our food finally arrived. Food was really cold and waitress was standoffish.
The bar has fantastic drinks and service. The food is adequate for the price and is good. Will be going back, especially in Friday's for their cheaper mini jug rum & cokes.
Awesome NEWLY reno'd...beautiful decor--Clean clean and very comfortable. Should however have queen beds as opposed to double which were a little crowded for us! Otherwise Great place to stay!!

Ok...I've been here before and it was good, but tonight...
If the restaurant is full, WALK AWAY. It took over an hour to get food. Half The food was TERRIBLE. Cold, undercooked, bread was solid as rocks. And the servers seemed like they were ready to cage match each other. When our server disappeared any other we grabbed gave us a curt 'I'm not your server'. Okay well the lack of teamwork killed the tips and tipout for everyone.
Avoid the pizza, the crust is overly salty. Service today was sub par

Usually great food and service. However, tonight was different. Their website says the restaurant (i.e. food service) is open until 10pm on Sundays. We arrived at 8:30pm and were told the kitchen was closed. Not happy!
