Dr. Keung is a wonderful dentist. My family and I have been seeing her for about 6 years now. She is very caring and Meticulous about her work. She explains everything she s doing. The staff is also great. Alice and Ron are wonderful.
They got me in before my own actual dentist could for an emergency. Everything was amazing...from the first phone call, to the end of my visit. I actually told multiple people how happy I was with the staff and Dr Napoli. This is definitely my new dentist!
Doctor doesn t attend you at all. Waited 2.5 hours for the doctor to see my mother and she came in and said make an appointment for the other day as she is busy and she dint even examine her teeth.. worst dental clinic ever
Worst office ever. I made appointments for my children for routine checkup and cleaning. I specifically said CLEANING when it was scheduled. When they got there, my husband waited for an hour with my kids (ages 8 and 6) to be seen only to be told only X-rays will be done and they have to come back for the cleaning. This was NEVER explained when the appointment was scheduled. Why, during Covid times, should a patient have to go into their office multiple times to complete a routine checkup and cleaning??!! I have never had any other dental office separate the visits. Then the lady at the desk, Alice, claimed they explained this to me which they NEVER did. I asked to speak with an office manager and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and no one returned to the call. I called my husband back to see if he was able to get the office manager to speak to me but they rushed him out of the office and said they were closing. Apparently they were too busy trying to leave for the day so they rushed the appointments and tried to cut corners even though my family was there EARLIER than their scheduled time and had to wait. Never again.
Love this place been coming here for a little over a year now and I like it. Friendly staff clean office great doctors. Love the hygienist she is amazing very caring and great at her job, I have been to many other places and I honestly can t say the same about all of them.
I have been a patient for 10 years. I had a root canal completed on 1-21-21. I really love your office. Everyone is so nice and kind. Ron assisted Dr Kern during all procedures. Ron is always professional and courteous. Dr Kern is such a wonderful down to earth person. She explains everything clearly and takes pride in her skills as a Dentist. Dr Kerns work and her focus on the details makes her great. I must say the office staff is great as well. Especially Nancy. Anna was off today but I have worked with her as well. Keep up all the great work. Thank you all very much
I had a very pleasureable experience at Dental World. The staff was very courtious and professional. I didn't have to wait lomg and Dr Napoli was very gentle and did a great job. I would highly recommend dental world to anyone. Thank you Dental World.
Worst place. Waited 1 hour just for the doctor to come and tell me I can't get the cleaning done .
