It's very clean and the machines do a great job go there every time

Great service! I use the laundered services $1.75 per pound and free pickup/delivery, no hidden charge. The only thing I've noticed is the clean clothes smell void of any scent and a bit scratchy. Which I'm sure is great for customers with allergies but I like a fresh smell when it comes to my clothes, next time I'll include some fabric softener sheets in the bag and see if they can throw a couple in when they dry them. Otherwise it's a fantastic service and the employees are fantastic!

Always friendly, fast, excellent service. Pretty reasonably priced in my opinion. If you sign up for their emails they have lots of promotions available.

There is actually a new laundry mat connected to City Cleaners, very nice, great service. Large Washers and Dryers. Definitely worth the visit Mon-Fri 6am 10pm

My family and I have dealt with this business for 65 years, my father before me and grandpa before him...I live in another place now, but come home once a year. This time, I simply ran out of clean clothes but not to worry . THERE is only one service from one company that would even consider OI was not disappointed...Same friendly caring service; same professionalism and same result from all the years. This is the single finest service company of its type I Have ever enjoyed...Thanks to City Cleaners of Akron Ohio for yet another marvelous experience..

I recently had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved at City Cleaners on West Market St in Akron. Great service and decent pricing! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable every time I came in!

City Cleaners is fast, efficient and the staff is always pleasant. I used another cleaner for 30 years. A change of ownership changed the product. This time with City I brought a windbreaker jacket that I thought was a lost cause. I had returned that jacket to my old cleaner twice, with sad results. City worked a miracle with that jacket and it is presentable enough for me to wear. I can't recommend City high enough.

I've been coming to City Cleaners for years and they always provide me with a consistent product. Recently I've noticed the team has been incredibly service oriented. I love receiving the text notifications when my dry cleaning is ready - especially when it's finished early!

I normally use a competitor for dry cleaning and pay less than half the price. I also have the amount I'm paying on my pick up ticket so there are no surprises. It's nice that they have pick up and delivery and the item ready the next day, but if I don't need that service, I shouldn't feel like I'm paying for it. The staff is very friendly as well. I'm just not big on overpaying for a service. Some people don't care about that and for them this is a 4-5 star establishment
