I am pretty used to fixing my own computers, but I didn't have time on this particular project. I believe Alyssa was the technician who repaired my laptop.It operates faster, smoother, and more efficient then the day I bought it. I know where to go for any further issues, because they are super PRO!
Lady up front was terrible with helping me decide what I would need for what I wanted to do. Evidently she didn't want to talk about computers in a computer store. Then said they don't have any models in that would fit what I am looking for and told me someone can email me options but it wouldn't most likely be today. Well good thing 2 weeks later I get the email which st that point I already decided I would never step foot in the place again. SUPPORT DICKINSON businesses many have said. Why????
I was building my first custom pc. My luck I got a faulty part from the manufacturer. It took me 2 days of troubleshooting before I finely threw in the towel. I went to Smart and they were so helpful. I had multiple techs inspecting it, giving advice and making my experience so amazing. They taught me so much and went way out of their way to make my build a great one despite my bad luck. I will continue to go to them in the future and recommend everyone else to as well. Easily 5/5.
If you are having problems with your laptop this is the place to go. I have gone through 4 laptops over the years. Most of the time, the hard drive has gone out. I bought a drive @ this store, but they will scan your laptop to see if it's under warranty. They always do replace it and get it back up & running. Last time, the girl who does repairs backed up all of my data so I didn't have to start all over. However it is $75 an hour for labor -- it usually takes more than a few days to get it back. Other than that, great customer service!
