In my over 20 years practicing, working with 3 pans, 5 CBCT s over 10 x-ray sensors. Had quite a few companies and experience been diverged. With Dental TI, The best installation and maintenance. Very professional group. David Hanning just does it. Thanks.

Dental TI is awesome. We have been customers of theirs for our dental office since 2015. Their X-Ray vision software and sensor selection has truly made our daily practice life easy for dental imaging. I can't imagine using anyone else. The support from David, Chris, and the guys is second to none.

Dental TI has the most professional staff and support team. They are extremely courteous from the initial contact to installation and support. They also have reasonable prices. David Hanning and his entire staff have exceeded our expectations from day one and they continue to do so. David has always been available when needed. His ongoing support is unbelievable!!! Within months of buying our first J.Morita CT Scan we purchased the second one for our partner office. We highly recommend David and his team at Dental TI.

As a 10-year sales veteran, and subsequent dealer, of Suni digital products, I was concerned about to whom I could turn to provide tech support and quality digital equipment for my existing (Suni) customers. I called other Suni sales reps with whom I had known for many years to see who they were partnering with to provide support and digital products for their customers. All roads led to Dave Hanning and Dental Ti! I have worked with all staff members at Dental Ti for 8 months now and am pleased to report they are all quite competent and thorough in handling all matters pertaining to meeting my customers' needs. Among those things I appreciate the most is when I leave a voice or e-mail message, it gets handled promptly. I have worked with Chris Burgei on several software upgrades and routine daily issues that sometimes arise with any software product. He is perhaps the most qualified technician I have ever worked with. I am thankful I chose Dental Ti to partner with for my customer's digital future. Thanks guys!

I needed a CBCT in my office, randomly called Dental TI and was thoroughly impressed by the above and beyond effort the whole team put in to answering my questions and addressing my concerns. They installed a conebeam in my office 2 years ago and have been fine in ongoing support and maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

Not only do they have the most reasonable prices on the market, their customer service goes truly above and beyond. I had an issue with our sensors late Friday evening and had a full day scheduled for Saturday and Luke was absolutely amazing about figuring out that the issue was our recent update to windows 10 and getting it fixed in time for us to see our patients uninterrupted. Highly recommend working with them if you are considering upgrading the technology in your office!

I had a negative experience with a different large equipment vendor before finding Dental TI, and was skeptical of companies like theirs. I found Dental TI through a colleague
who said that I should have called him first before I had made the incredibly huge mistake. Thank God I did, and I will only deal with Dental TI for all my dental technology needs, and recommend them to all my fellow colleagues out there!! Their products and customer service are outstanding, and they go the extra mile to help find the right solution for your needs.
If you are looking to improve your imaging or other technology in your practice, I would recommend Dental TI without reservation!

My friend purchased a CBCT through Dental TI and highly recommended this company to me. I ended up buying a CBCT through this company also and I am thoroughly impressed with their services so far. Whenever I call to get help in any matter regarding the machine, they spend time with me until the matter is resolved. I like the fact that I get to speak to the same people all the time and the fact that I have personally met them. They even helped me with my microscopes and I am now a fan of dental TI just like my friend :) !

I just purchased a J Morita X800 F40 for my practi...

I just purchased a J Morita X800 F40 for my practice limited to Endodontics. Mr Hanning the owner of Dental TI was very understanding and willing to give me the best price. Also before making the purchase he spent over an hour on the phone with me demonstrating online how to use idixel. Of course there were a few issues with the install & the training but Dental TI has an amazing team that is always available to fix any issues. I am also very grateful that Mr. Hanning himself and his team members are always available to help with reading the scans and critiquing the acquiring techniques.
They provide lifetime personal support which is unsurpassed in the industry. I was very hesitant to use a small company compared to Patterson, Schein & Benco, but thank God I have been very pleased with their excellent service & I would highly recommend Dental TI.
Thank you Mr. Hanning for your continued help & making such a big investment worth while.

I must say we are very pleased with Dental TI! We recently had issues with our CBCT computer and Chris was such a big help! Chris was very patient when it came to steps that I needed to take to help him. I'm not the most computer savvy person, Chris was great guiding me through my part! A big thank you to everyone at Dental TI. Keep up the great work!

Dental TI is an excellent company with outstanding technical support. We have been a customer for 5 years and would recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond for us, as I am sure they do all their clients, to make sure they troubleshoot any issues we have. We purchased the machine in late 2018 and have loved having it in our office to help us more accurately diagnose and treat our endodontic patients. Since I got introduced to Dave Hanning and Chris Burgei at Dental TI, the quality of our x-rays have improved significantly. They have gone above and beyond to help us calibrate our sensors and our x-ray software.
I can't say enough good things about their professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Dental Ti placed our first cone beam approximately...

Dental Ti placed our first cone beam approximately five years ago. Our office was small (only three ops) and they had to squeeze the cone beam into one of the ops, which they did. We have since renovated, expanding to five ops with now a dedicated site for an updated cone beam model. Can't imagine practicing without a cone beam. Dental TI did a great job for us and they are always there with excellent support whenever we need it. Highly recommend Dental TI.

Dental TI is great with their support and that is ...

Dental TI is great with their support and that is why I took notice of them while I was looking for my CBCT. I was impressed by my colleagues remarks regarding their efficiency with supporting their equipment. I was considering a few CBCT's but the difference was their guarantee and follow up regarding their machines. We had an issue because we didn't have a dedicated line supporting the CBCT and the machine was tripping off. They immediately responded with techs coming out and thoroughly going over all computer boards, replacing them and adding the dedicated line, and recalibrating our CBCT when they were done. They also support us in teaching my staff all aspects of this machine and respond immediately when we have additional questions. I'm very happy to have spent the time and listened to my fellow dentist's experiences before making a wise investment.
If you are at the point of purchasing your CBCT they are reliable and will help you with financing as well. Our experience has been nothing but positive so far.

These guys are the absolute best! I bought sensors in 2017 and they have went above and beyond to help me with any and each issue I might have since then. They are always quick to respond and fix any problems and are VERY knowledgeable in what they do. I would give them 10 starts if I could!!

I have known David Hanning for several years, and ...

I have known David Hanning for several years, and regard him as one of the nation's top experts in imaging. David's commitment to training and education is why I will never involve anyone else in my decision-making and purchases of digital radiographic technology. He or one of the very capable members of his team are always ready and willing to assist us, often by remotely logging into a workstation here in the office. They seem more anxious to help with the implementation of the new technology as with the sales process itself. I cannot recommend Dental TI more highly!!

DTI has been great. I bought a handheld xray unit from them. Their price was very competitive but their service is what sets them apart. Their service has been exceptional. Luke is always there if we have an issue to help us get back on track. I highly recommend them.

We have been Apteryx and Suni Ray Vision users for many years and when we have questions or issues we call Dental TI! They have the most helpful, knowledgeable techs, they know Apteryx inside out! Patience is a virtue, they are helpful and talk you through issues without being demeaning, which means a lot when you're not a computer guru! These guys are the best! They have a team of all very qualified individuals. If you are frustrated with the quality of your images give them a call. Luke told me today sensor optimization is one of his favorite projects. For me it is on of my most frustrating. They understand the world of dental images and what we are trying to see day in day out. Great to have them available.
