I broke down 30 miles away from this shop spitting oil out of my truck. Called them and they were suppose to close at 3 PM. I explained to them that the tow truck could not get there till 4. They were so understanding that they would wait for me to get there. After it all it was a simple fix and sent me on my way. I would sooo recomend them to my kids. They are great.

I went there today 3/26/14 because I seen a Mazda 3 that I have been looking for. It is silver and a 2006 and price of $7,995.00 which is about $1,500 over blue book value plus this has had rear body repair done. The old man with a cane came out and I asked price he told me and I replied, isn't that over blue book value, he said he didn't know the blue book value ( what bullshit of a liar ). Every car salesman knows the book value when they sell cars, also I ask if car had been repainted he said no, I said paint on rear has orange peel, he said, I don't see any over spray, I showed him the original smooth paint and then the repaired area that was painted, he didn't say a word. I said Thanks and left, what a crooked liar, I warn anybody not to do business there, I have purchased cars in the past from car salesmen like this and they turned out bad, I am 50 now so I have been around, don't buy from this place, when you go to a used car lot, always listen to what they say about the car, get a carfax, if they can't provide one, go elsewhere. When I was searching for a car I came here to check out what they had in stock. I felt so welcomed when I was approached. I remember the young lady offered me coffee which was nice. I loved the fact that it was ran by family and not some old man just wanting to get that sale. They were very cooperative to what I wanted. They weren t trying to offer me a completely different car because of the price. Basically, they weren t your standard pushy sales guys. I knew that buying my car here was an awesome decision and I come back often to get my oil change, which is nice to see everyone

I will come here before going anywhere else from now on! I walked in one day and they didn't have quite what I wanted. So I left my name and number in case they came across one. A few weeks later, I got a call saying that they might have what I'm looking for. They did! It was exactly what I was looking for! They didn't stop until I was satisfied, and they had a wide variety of connections so getting approved was easy! They were helpful from day one, and I drove home in the perfect truck. I recommend everyone to come here! I got my first car here and just recently, my second. Both times have been smooth and not to mention that the employees are truly amazing and know what they re doing. When I came the second time, all the sales people were super busy with other customers. I was just walking around the lot looking at the cars when Jacob (I m pretty sure that s his name) came to help. He wasn t a sales person but that night, he became one to help me out. He normally does servicing on customer cars.

Anyways, Thanks to his help and knowledge, I drove out in a BEAUTIFUL Hyundai Sanota. The one I have been eyeing since I got there.

The workers here go above and beyond with their customers even if it s not their job description and that is what I love. They re honest and trustworthy.

I bought a car their 8 months ago and still paying on the car and I already put over 1000 dollars on repairs on this vehicle and customer service was disrespectful to the situation and what their vehicle has put there loyal customers through no respect they put the meaning in the phrase buyers beware and watch out for a wolf and sheep clothing a RIP OFF

Never purchased a car there but the auto service center is phenomenal and they don t try to charge you for repairs you don t need & they treat women with respect not like some other places in the area and their prices are very reasonable not an arm leg and kidney

Friendly and pressure free environment. The sales reps and managers were very professional and did not give you any of those empty smiles or empty promises. Will be returning after a year to buy another car from, what is now, my only dealer. The cars are within the Kelly blue book dealer recommended price that I saw and they have a great selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this dealer for any buyer.

i honestly wouldn t recommend this place if you re willing to invest over thousands of dollars on a lemon car that they sell you, their mechanics aren t that good they didn t even check my car right and it was there for over two weeks and including the fact that my battery of my car was stolen and they can t replace really pushed me off and on top of that still trying to pay off for car that hasn t been working for over 9 months... i wouldn t go back anymore or get a car there anymore it s just my personal experience and what happened with me.

Not sure how to call this one. The owner bent over backwards & worked hard to get my wife into a car that would be safe and in her budget while still making some money.
Thus far out side of "key" and "window" issues the vehicle has performed well and I have every reason to believe it will continue to do so. In being honest I would have to say, "He did his job well". However other issues with various staff members during a couple visits to the lot would also need the same kind of honesty and that honestly I just am not sure I will ever go back for another purchase thus in all fairness could not recommend anyone else purchase a vehicle there either.

Family Auto Sales and Service is a very good place to buy a used car. They do not hide anything, they are honest and upfront. The prices are within the ballpark, and they are very good about fixing the problems with a car that you may find out while test driving.

If I didn't have to press a star to start this review, this post wouldnt even get 1 star. Bought a vehicle on the 1st of August on the 3rd, the engine threw a rod, and the wiring harness, which I have been told is a rarity, that ever needs to be replaced, is bad. This mom and pop business is a shady operation to say the least. Small claims court here we come, all because this business, wouldn't offer us anything other than a discount on parts and labor, why would I want anyone from that shop touching a car I just purchased there that blew up between Hemet and San Bernardino? I have the Fire Dept report, and a 200 mile tow bill to get this lemon to its next location. Better Business Bureau is next, then the local news!!! Thanks Family!

Quite pleased with our purchase experience. The salesman was low pressure but attentive and was very thorough with regards to answering questions about the community, the company, and the car we purchased. I would recommend them for anyone looking for great service and a nice used auto.

I have only dealt with the service department. They are honest on what work needs to be done and what can wait. They are very transparent on what they pay and what they charge. Their prices are very fair. I have nothing negative to say about them or their work. I have and always will refer friends and family to them.

Fantastic service and very affordable! I purchased a used car in Hemet Ca and had to drive it back to Michigan. So before leaving town on my 2100 mile journey I decided to get my oil changed and car inspected. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in right away! I was on the road within an hour. Thank for everything !

Got a Jetta a little over a year ago, but I remember the experience good set of people there.

Totally unsatisfied with this used car lot, sold me a car that threw a rod 3 days later and caught on fire and they are not gonna do anything to compensate me. Ill see the reps for Shady auto sales & service in court.

My Ford F-150 and Honda Odyssey were barely running vehicles. After several failed repairs at competing shops my two vehicles have found their auto mechanic muse. Both of my mid 2000 s vehicles are now purring like kittens and I personally trust no other local shop to treat me and my vehicles like family. Thank you Jake and staff for all your knowledge and expertise at Family Auto.

The Family Auto crew is exponentially phenomenal! They treat you just like their company name: "family". I've financed 3 cars from them since 2014 and have my auto service and maintenance done there as well. Friendly, honest, and dedicated. Would recommend 11/10

Family Auto Sales Service Department is unmatched for auto repairs. I drive an old Ford Ranger that needs repairs from time to time, and I always come here. Jake and DJ are awesome and it is nice knowing whenever I need help with my truck I can come in and know that I will receive fast, honest, quality service.

I ve bought two cars here 2013 & 2018. I also have my cars repaired here. Jacob keeps both in excellent condition. My cars 03 Tahoe 200k miles and 2012 sonata 90k miles my daily driver I ve put 30k since I bought it. I highly recommend them to everyone for sales and service. I won t go anywhere else.

Very bad experience. They ran my credit and told me basically you cant get anything without a hug downpayment. I went to gosch toyota and got the opposite experience. I was able to get a car same day as family auto said i couldnt. I put 1000 down on a new toyota corolla hatchback 2020 and was able to drive it home. These people didnt even try to work with me. Their lost.

I have bought 2 Honda Civics from here and loved them both. They treat you like family, they don't try to scam you or pressure you. Very easy to work with, have many different financing options. Both of my cars have lasted years already and I've had zero problems. I will be coming here to get all of my future cars!

For people who gave low stars, I think its important to remember if you buy a cheaper/older/higher mileage car, you are getting what you pay for no matter where you go. They do a great job of going through the cars to make sure theres no major flaws with the way it runs, I saw them do it to mine! I recommend this place to everyone.
