I've bought 2 new bikes there. Both times it took me 3 weeks to work out a deal. I just took 2 of my employees up there to buy a bike. The salesman was great, and the apparel department was very helpful and courteous, but the sales manager seems to think he needs to make 3-5k off of each bike sale. I'm not above letting a dealer make a grand or two per bike off me. They have to make a living too. But it's become more of a pain to deal with them, than arrange my own financing and go with a private party sale. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on....
