Disappointed throughout. I ordered 2 tires on 09/2...

Disappointed throughout. I ordered 2 tires on 09/21/2020. The order was placed at 2:08 p.m., until 2:30 p.m. I was promised shipping on the same day. 5 days later the goods have still not been sent. I urgently need the tires!
There is no response to emails and you are on the phone for 14 minutes and then you hang up. Incredibly dubious!
