Easy handling, price was quite cheap. Shipping was also pretty quick. Unfortunately I have not received a link to track the shipment. So I had to ask the workshop myself whether the tires had arrived.

Buying the tires was quick and easy.
Pulling it on was just as quick and easy.
I am very satisfied with the whole procedure and the way it was handled.

Price, selection and web shop works great, but I truly hate that they use PostNord. That delivery service sucks, at least in Norway. I literally can t recall one single time they have delivered on time and without incidents.

I ordered through MyTyres, but really pleased on how quickly the delivery was completed from purchase to the three tyres at my doorstep within 2 working days. I inspected the tyres and were all in great condition. I have only had my tyres for 2 weeks, but so far no problems whatsoever with the drive.

I ordered 4 new tires directly from Reifen and received tires from the 28th week of 2018. If you sell such old tires, you should mention it in the product description. I think it's a cheek! Many people do not even know where the date of manufacture is on the tire and therefore believe that they have received new tires. In any case, I no longer buy direct from tires.

Unfortunately, I have to give this one star. Normally they would not deserve it. The wrong tires were delivered twice and the first time I called the customer hotline and after an hour someone finally answered the phone. There they wanted to make me know then that I could easily raise these tires. Yes I could theoretically but these tires were delivered did not correspond to what I paid. They were much cheaper than the ones I wanted to have. I then demanded that the wrong tires be picked up and the right one delivered. Everything went fast and the next day I was sent the wrong tires again. It's been almost a month now. I then demanded my money back. The wrongly delivered tires were picked up weeks ago but I have not seen my money again until today. I can only advise against buying there.

I placed an order for set of wheels and winter tyres. Website showed as stock item, and delivery would be around 6 days standard delivery. Fair enough, no problem with that.
However it took closer to 6 weeks, ok, again not a problem, although we had snow that same weekend, (north east Scotland).
Problem was the fitting kit was incomplete as a spigot ring had dropped out of package and another broken, ( Delti problem with packing style).
Have since phoned customer services and got through twice, although tried a lot more often to get 22 mins waiting time and option to leave notification for them to call back, which they never do, and emailed at least 3 or 4 times, but nobody seems interested in sorting the problem.
So having spent around 900 euros, for the sake of them spending 2 or .3 euros fixing the problem and posting a new ring ( or 2), they have had the one and only order as I cannot use again a company with that attitude, when it's so simple to keep customers happy.

That's 8 weeks on now and still can't get wheels fitted for winter.

So, thank you Delti, Mr Ilic, and Miss Dragisic for you terrible service

Fast, uncomplicated, inexpensive. However, it should be possible to explicitly specify a different delivery address instead of the preselected partners. The message to the warehouse was made within a very short time, so that no other selection was possible.

uncomplicated, good prices, the 4 complete bikes were here in Switzerland after 5 days. Bikes are exactly as ordered, age of tires from 2018, so still completely OK.
