Delticom AG (tire-direct) may be one of the largest and probably the best-known online tire dealer in Europe, but what this company does to its customers is anything but great. Thus, during the ordering process, immediate readiness for delivery is regularly suggested, but it is only when you have sent and paid for the order that you are amazed that the article is not in the required quantity and that a partial delivery will be arranged. In such cases, the order can at least still be canceled using the form (cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail), but waiting for the purchase price to be reimbursed for weeks, even after a reminder has been sent. In the case of inquiries / complaints regarding repayment, again sent to Delticom AG using a form, receipt will be confirmed with a standard email and the prospect of a reply "as soon as possible". In reality, however, one waits in vain for an answer from the customer service department of this company.

As always a reliable partner when it comes to tires, I have been ordering from Delticom for years and have never been disappointed.

Tire Direct has captured the wrong technical data on Tesla models. Although I pointed this out to the technical service, it is vehemently denied. Tesla itself has confirmed the incorrect technical information from Reifenendirekt on their website.

Failed in the event of incorrect delivery - ReifenDirekt delivered 4 complete wheels with incorrect pressure sensors and then refused all support => I should reprogram the defective sensors myself => Hello !?

My order placed on 4/29 for 4 TD16 7.50-20 tires was only delivered 1/2 to 5/6 (2 tires received out of 4) and I have no response to my emails on this subject

Nothing to reproach on the quality of the product but on the know-how of your carriers. The DPD company is totally at the pickup ... 4 days late, the driver calls you 20 minutes after coming home (what interest). When we call we come across a telephone platform with ladies who barely speak French and who understand even less. Not a bit of common sense.
In short, it's a mess!

I ordered a motorcycle tire. Order and delivery went wonderfully. Delivery time in a pleasant setting. For my part, there is nothing to complain about

4 tires were advertised online and ordered by me (Sottozero 3). After my order were still 4 tires in stock. A call to the customer service, who could hardly speak German, brought no clarity. On the simple question: "Are the tires I bought in stock at all, because the same amount is still offered by you?" I constantly received only the answer "I can not say that, I do not see that If quantity under 8 then probably not ...." And then I should transfer this statement just under 2000 euros ... without words.

Lieferung schnell und Reifen einwandfrei. Leider nicht die Reifen geliefert, die ich bestellt habe. Es sind Reifen mit 68 db bestellt und mit 72 db geliefert worden. Schade

However, disappointed that the tires are from 49/2018 and should be used for a Tempo100 approved camo car. And here they must max. be 6 years. So just lost 1 year "lifetime" due to the high age.
