I placed an order for set of wheels and winter tyr...

I placed an order for set of wheels and winter tyres. Website showed as stock item, and delivery would be around 6 days standard delivery. Fair enough, no problem with that.
However it took closer to 6 weeks, ok, again not a problem, although we had snow that same weekend, (north east Scotland).
Problem was the fitting kit was incomplete as a spigot ring had dropped out of package and another broken, ( Delti problem with packing style).
Have since phoned customer services and got through twice, although tried a lot more often to get 22 mins waiting time and option to leave notification for them to call back, which they never do, and emailed at least 3 or 4 times, but nobody seems interested in sorting the problem.
So having spent around 900 euros, for the sake of them spending 2 or .3 euros fixing the problem and posting a new ring ( or 2), they have had the one and only order as I cannot use again a company with that attitude, when it's so simple to keep customers happy.

That's 8 weeks on now and still can't get wheels fitted for winter.

So, thank you Delti, Mr Ilic, and Miss Dragisic for you terrible service
