Worst place to work bad communication so unprofessional

Too much favorism/politics ,unprofessionalism ,worry more about profit than the individuals they should be supporting,too much work over load on non favorite managers,workplace harassment (5 stars).

My sister was fed a diet of lettuce in a used grocery bag mixed with a can of tuna for lunch EVERY day. No bowl, just lettuce and tuna in a bag. Her clothes disappeared as fast as I bought them. Her money was stolen by staff! The CEO referred to "crazy parents, or in your case, crazy sibling" when I complained. We are currently in court over this. I'd give no stars if I could.

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY! I interviewed with the company about a direct support position. I was interviewed in Taunton, MA with a supervisor, Kareem. VERY unprofessional! I chose not to accept the position and he was speaking to a family member of mine on social media about me. Guess its the lack of education behind some of these people that find this behavior appropriate. Contacted the HR department regarding his actions and Elizabeth Parker told me they can "do nothing about it". How can a company say they won't do anything about an employee making a mockery and referring to an applicant as homosexual. Stay away from this place. My lawyer is already on the case. Kareem is from Boston, Ma. Not cool to make homosexual jokes when you are one yourself. It would be my pleasure to let everyone know you are :)

Better places to work with half the B.S company has a huge disconnect between office and employees

Terrible company. Bleeding heart elitists are running the company with a complete disconnect from the real word and the situations they are putting residents and their communities in. Upper employees seem happy and impressed with themselves. The REAL employees and the residents aren't as happy. It's terrible that people support them and are fooled by their "work".

Delta Projects, by far, was the worst employer, I ve ever worked for. It was a very toxic, emotionally abusive, unsettling experience. Starting with the poorly run office, unprofessional senior management team, and the lack of empathy for the clients. The President, HR Director, and the Director of Enterprise Risk get through the day putting on a great act, but behind your back, they are cold, heartless people. I ve witnessed them insulting and making fun of their clients, they call Individuals, as well as other co-workers. I've also witnessed good, hard-working employees, who actually care about the client's, get fired for no reason, and it seems the one's who should be fired for good reason, are still employed. FYI, the reason for any ratings above a one is because the incompetent President goes around begging employees to give good reviews. I enjoyed and miss working with the clients and most of the other staff, but I can't work for a bunch of unprofessional clowns.
