Delta Projects, by far, was the worst employer, I ve ever worked for. It was a very toxic, emotionally abusive, unsettling experience. Starting with the poorly run office, unprofessional senior management team, and the lack of empathy for the clients. The President, HR Director, and the Director of Enterprise Risk get through the day putting on a great act, but behind your back, they are cold, heartless people. I ve witnessed them insulting and making fun of their clients, they call Individuals, as well as other co-workers. I've also witnessed good, hard-working employees, who actually care about the client's, get fired for no reason, and it seems the one's who should be fired for good reason, are still employed. FYI, the reason for any ratings above a one is because the incompetent President goes around begging employees to give good reviews. I enjoyed and miss working with the clients and most of the other staff, but I can't work for a bunch of unprofessional clowns.
