Not as horrible as JFK in NYC (jfk is a 3 star to me)...it's impossible to utilize the wifi, you have to wait outside, suuuuuuuper long lines because of the population size, suuuuuuuper slow service...but... they sell chips in vending machines for 25 rupees.

As international airports go it fairs middling in the crowd but nothing to stand it apart. Pleasant food court to suit all tastes and desires with an obligatory Irish pub. Reminds me of a very spacious shopping mall.

It was a very good experience, from architectural point of view interior is superb. From safety point of view also very good experience.. During the immigration and security check point.. Very huge and massive airport located in the heart of the city... Always try to go ahead during your traveling because it's a very rushy airport may you loose your flight due to congestion...
Will visit again sure...

It is really massive and really nice in engineering and in decorations. Staffs and even pre paid taxi drivers are good. Even KFC and some restaurants are available which provides food in a reasonable price. But lots of problems to book Uber or Ola -because I think they have put network jammer which makes booking online cab very challenging. Any way had an awesome time here -except booking uber.

The airport was good. Needless to say that it was neat and clean.. the terminal T2 is not that good and big. There is a small food court and the lounge is also not that good. The terminal T3 is good...overall. the airport is great..since its the capital city airport. The terminal T2 is also above average only...

It was a pleasant experience I IGI AIRPORT Delhi.. we where not allowed to come inside the airport . They told only before 2 hours only check in. I liked it .. we were staying out in chair. Every 30 mins a health worker was cleaning the floor and wiping it with sanitizer.. all were so concious about covid 19. Then we went in and no contact check in and all safe.. every were sanitizer and CISF were wearing full protection gear. So I felt secure.

Good modern airport. Looks clean and organized. Might not have as much grandeur and opulence as Mumbai or Dubai, but is definitely pretty and well-maintained, and has a nice, shopping-mall vibe to it.

nice airport, t3 new airport terminal building is huge and friendly, best thing is ease of access from city center to terminus directly by aero metro, but better to take care if you have to transfer from t3 to t1 as it is quite far and internal bus ply every half hour, so if transit time is less plan quickly to move else u may loose flight, also from one end to other end of t3 is quite far, so try using travellator when ever and wherever possible

Nice experience. Travelled through terminal 3 thrice now. Staff is really helpful. Every thing is sanitized well. It's easy to maneuver information through the hanging boards and staff stationed around but still can be confusing at times as it's really big.

Compared to other international hubs that I have ever visited sorry to say that this is the worst. Especially on their staffs manner. I was really surprised when being pointed by a staff s foot when asking where I could charge my mobile phone. Even when I asked politely where is the left luggage service, they were really unfriendly! Other aspects might good enough but hospitality is below the lowest! And the worst ever is only 45minutes of free wifi, but there is no mobile wifi rental at all! So uncomfy!

One of the biggest airport i have ever seen.

One of the biggest airport i have ever seen.
Very well maintained in term of security and cleanliness.
You have to walk alot and make sure you come atleast 2 hour before your flight because you dont know how much you have to walk.
Seat are ok but not that much comfortable.
The only problem i faced was that when i was going to Gorakhpur, only hard copy of boarding pass was required. They were not allowing with the softcopy.I dont know whether this was due to COVID-19 or anything else.

I went there for the Vandhe bharat mission flights. They are strict and very unsafe following the rules of social distancing and sanitation. I was looking to come to the USA. I enjoyed most of it.

Except the long walk outside and around the airport to get into international departures. They could have made a path within the airport. As most airports do. Instead on making people get exposed to the outside.

But all in all, I thank the airport staff for helping me the way they can and keeping the passengers safe with strict regulations. Well done.

One of the best airport I have visited in India. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Following all sort of social distancing norms. I feel it's like a mini world with number of restaurants, shopping outlets and other facilites at one place. No one get bored if he/she comes at IGIA early to catch the flight. You will definitely have a good time visiting there.

Looked safe @ Covid times. Had to transit for catching international flight. Bangalore Delhi SFO. Immigration & Security check all went through in quick time , well handled. Only difficulty was, had to exit and enter the AP in view of direct international transfer passage locked because of Covid. Its a long walk. Need case food outlets are open. If you plan well, you will find all this exciting. Cheers well maintained.
