D.C.I.U uses contractors (Able Group inc. )that have employees with criminal backgrounfs and can't pass a background check. I think they should re-evaluate their procedures and keep safety a top priority .

Executives(ME, SF) and the board president ( EC) are the pinpoints of the current corruption.
I do invite the public to take a look at the board meetings, hearings and other service providers. They keepHiring their friends , relatives and other yes sayers .
Just join the public sessions if you do not get blocked, of course...
No record keeping, no public announcement Waste of taxpayers money.

The most hostile work place you can ever imagine. Execs and directors(specifically CIPL and TLI) only want people with no skills but hold their pockets. So your skills, experience have no value! Only thing they care about is that you always say "yes" even though it is illegal.
AssExec hired her old friend, who cannot even use internet or computer tools (facepalm here), for the tech(TLI) department. And as a result, none of the districts truly work with this IU. The ones that cannot get rid of dciu, relies on the grants, and they just bear with dciu. Many of the districts just rejected getting services from dciu and signed MOUs with nearby IUs. This is a critical sign for an administration but they do not care!!

Directors have no idea about new initiatives in education. Their heads are from the 1990s

DCIU just runs on grants and unfortunately PDE grants are being wasted here. Just check if you can see a Delaware County school district willing to receive services from DCIU. A big NOOOO!

Only schools receive services if it is free! Which is paid by the PDE.

None of the school districts work with this corrupt IU. All goes to MCIU, Chester IU and others

My child has been on a waiting list so long she couldn t get the speech therapy she needs and it s the end of November and still haven t been contacted to be placed in a classroom... in Pittsburgh they handle everything in one week, this place doesn t even need to be in business if they don t do their jobs.

Early Head Start program has poor management and organization. I do not recommend this agency for employment nor do I recommend any parent place their child in their Early Head Start.
