Up graded to a jacuzzi room. Its just a big soaking tub. I changed to a regular room. There are no updates. The rooms have old furniture. No USB ports. Just sad and ridiculous. Ill never stay here again.

It was OK not like other hotels I've been to on the strip. As and check-in doesn't take as long etc.. Check in took about 30 minutes the line was ridiculously long, my back was killing me but I'm not handicapped so I had to stand there along with everybody else after walking all the way from the car garage with our bags. We thought we were going to be able to use our hotel room card to get out of the parking garage surprised to see that it was $15 a day on top of paying for a room. The view I must say was beautiful we had a strip view and it was absolutely gorgeous. Walking down the Halls to get to the room seemed a little outdated compared to the other casinos on the strip, however, room was very clean and neat.

Older hotel on they Strip. Could use a little updating. Good prices and a pretty good location although a bit of a walk to some of the more major hotels. You can use the monorail which is across the street at MGM. Not sure about the air filtration cause it was awful smokey in there. We would stay there again.

We stayed for 5 days and had no complaints except for the smoking. I will say that one day I hope they do a smoking section only so we don t have to keep walking through smoked filled rooms coming in and out of the hotel. We went into several hotels but ours was by far the smokiest. The Tournament of Kings was great. During the show they had delicious food and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel is pretty good. Clean, follow CDC guidelines to wear mask indoor. Thank God for special line for members to check in. On-line check in also available through MGM apps.
Got their complimentary room, $20 free play and $50 resort fee credit.

Casino is pretty decent. Family friendly. Complimentary self parking for members on any MGM casino or hotel. Just use your card member on the gate to park. (In or out)

Pros:

Pros:
check in is very easy, can all be done over the app. The mobile key can be a pain, but they have a kiosk where you can scan your app and get physical keys.

All key locations within the hotel were very clearly marked, which made getting around very easy. Our room also had great views and a very comfy bed.

All the staff were very kind and welcoming.

Cons:
I knew this was a more budget hotel on the strip, so I didn t expect a 5 star hotel experience. However, the furniture was really beat up, the chairs in the room were stained and disgusting, and the carpets throughout the hotel were stained and dirty.

No microwave, fridge, or even coffee maker included in the room. I ve stayed at motels that had all these included. This was probably one of the biggest inconveniences we experienced.

Overall, we ll probably choose some place else to stay next time we come to Vegas.

We had an amazing time. The room was clean, spacious and affordable. The staff was kind and helpful. Thanks to Michelle who worked on the floor for helping me with a minor issue I had which she comped me a $50.00 voucher for drinks. I really enjoyed Van from the custodial department, he was so friendly. The show Tournament of Kings was so FUN and our host Robert Silver was amazing also fixing a minor issue I had and comping me a free daiquiri. I won a nice little jackpot just under $1,000. On Dragon Link Silk Road. Woo Hoo going back in a few weeks, can't wait.

Gabled for nearly an hour and never had a single person come by to take a drink order. Multiple times we almost just left and stopped gambling to go pay for a drink. One use to be able to enjoy gambling even loosing if they were friendly w drinks. Almost everywhere on the strip pretty much seems to be like this now tho sadly. They don't care anymore if you get horrible service and throw all your money away and get nothing, seems terrible business plan to get repeat customers. Hadn't been back here or this far south for years and definitely won't be back

We've stayed at this hotel several times in the past and this time, they really let us down. The usual 24/7 friendly poker game was gone. No poker in their casino at all. Check-in on a Wednesday afternoon took almost 40 minutes. The buffet was open from 9am to 3pm Friday through Sunday only. Food Court was terribly overpriced and sometimes unavailable with 30+ minute waits after 9am and 5:45pm. The food provided was usually tasty and basically cooked to order. Pagers were provided for food pickup. There were no Do Not Disturb signs for the rooms - only an option to decline maid service. The maids were awesome and kept the room clean. You must use your room key to enable the elevators and the signs explaining this are not terribly obvious. The pool was rarely open on weekdays and never at night when the temperatures of 110 degrees plus abated. Masks were required indoors (except in your room) and while most complied, I saw several people maskless while playing the machines with no attempt by hotel personnel to enforce their rules. Moving walkways and escalators failed to function frequently. Taxi fees from the airport seem to be set at $19.00. Fees to the airport were a bit less ($18.50?) We still enjoyed the five days but would recommend a phone call to the hotel to verify any amenities you really want.

We went to the dinner & jousting show. I think it's called the Kings Tournament. Great show. Well worth the money. I am recommending this dinner & show also because the food was hot & good. Our host was very polite. I also loved watching King Normandy(the brother).Very personable. One of the other girls thought the King of France was "fine".
