The most hostile work place you can ever imagine. Execs and directors(specifically CIPL and TLI) only want people with no skills but hold their pockets. So your skills, experience have no value! Only thing they care about is that you always say "yes" even though it is illegal.
AssExec hired her old friend, who cannot even use internet or computer tools (facepalm here), for the tech(TLI) department. And as a result, none of the districts truly work with this IU. The ones that cannot get rid of dciu, relies on the grants, and they just bear with dciu. Many of the districts just rejected getting services from dciu and signed MOUs with nearby IUs. This is a critical sign for an administration but they do not care!!
