Some of the food is good, some is questionable, such as why are the meat and bones in the chicken wings red. Is it undercooked? Burgers are good. Seasonal beer selections very. The bartenders Sadie and the guy with tats on his arms are awesome, while the lady with the black curly hair and glasses on her head seems to overstep her boundaries. From what I understand, she is not management ( thank God), and needs to cool her attitude a bit.

Excellent all around. Their amber is my all-time favorite, full bodied and really balanced and super-tasty. Very fine entrees and hors d'oeuvres, big delicious sandwiches, specials like the Wed night pasta bar. Friendly service, too. Fine brewpub decor, though not as fancy as Water St Brewery.

My fiance and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. It looked really nice on the outside and equally as cute on the inside. Food was okay, definitely was not worth $15 for such a small salad. Our experience would have been better if we would have gotten our appetizer that we specifically requested to have prior to the meal. Waitress never mentioned it when bringing out our entree and I just told her, "We no longer want our appetizer." She never apologized but just said, "ok, I'll take it off." I've worked customer service, so I know it's convention to at least apologize when you make a mistake! As we were leaving, the waitress was standing around and chatting at the hostess stand and not tending to her other tables. I guess it all depends who you get for service, so we are sad to give this a poor rating as there was great potential! Btw, we left hungry and ended up going to Culvers to get a snack.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. A handful of Beers brewed in house, specialty drinks and a menu most would be able to find something to try. I had the crispy Chicken sandwich-delicious and a huge portion. It's worth a visit if you're looking for a place that's sit down casual.

It was great and food was outstanding. The deep fried pickles were huge and the breading was homemade and very tasty. Had breaded shrimp and that was outstanding. Clam chowder soup was a bit of a let down for one reason. No flavor!

There were chunks of real clam and potatoes and some veggies, but absolutely no taste? Even adding salt pepper just did not do the trick.

The house brews were awesome and cold and you had a wide selection.

It was a Friday night, so I had the fish with shrimp and could not finish it! Same with my wife's sandwich (forgot what she got). Doggie bags all around!

Waitress or staff could of come around with water more often. At one point almost went to hunt her down. They should have one person walking around to fill water glasses on a busy Friday night!

I saw other food come out on huge portions too. This is definitely a place to eat.

Was not happy with the over all service, the wings tasted like sugar water on the sweet chilli. The pulled pork had a texture that it was processed in a blender. We were in a group of 10 and the bill had to redone twice due to the waitress not marking bill correctly. I'll never go back not for $17 for 16 wings!

The Delafield Brewhaus is mediocre. I've been here for lunch and they were super dead, so we got our food quick. Waitress was nice. They brew their own beer in house and you can see some of the process right from your seat. The food was just ok, nothing great.

I had the pork chops w/mashed potatoes instead of sweet potato puree, and the brussel sprouts. Plate presentation was extremely bland; not appealing at all! Taste of chop and potatoes OK, brussel sprouts undercooked...
Service, appetizer, and drinks were all good!

I've been here twice and both times the food and atmosphere was amazing. Once was with my family and once was for a date, 2 very different experiences and worked for both since there is a bar and restaurant side! Highly recommended.

I liked the atmosphere and beer... The fish was okay... You shouldn't have to wait half an hour for a fish fry after you order. I understand the hour wait to get a table. It was busy..Fries were cold and grease soaked. Mashed potatoes were like wallpaper paste. Our server was friendly in the beginning when taking our order after that not much communication. I think she knew our food was cold and didn't want to confront us..

We attended a wedding reception last evening. Lovely service, our family enjoyed both the chicken and salmon dishes that were served. The hall was comfortable and well set up for the event. Ample parking and easy access via stairs or an outer partially covered ramp. We will certainly stop in again when we're in Delafield.

Went to a conference in the banquet room. Came in the front door waited in line and when the people in front of me had been taken care of the host came back to his station and didn't ask what I was there for. Maybe I was waiting for someone, but a host would at least be courteous enough to ask. I sat there for 15 minutes and he completely ignored me. So 1 star.

I don't even know where to begin. This place was super cool and open inside with the brew kettles visible as the centerpiece of the restaurant. The more you look around the more interesting the space is.

We got the Cheese Curds to start and really enjoyed them! They were fresh, full of cheese and had a light breading. Could've been crisper but overall very good. The southwest ranch was a great dipping sauce.

Got the Onion Ale Soup before the meal and it was just alright, nothing special. Seemed like they just broiled it quick because the cheese was melted good but the soup was lukewarm.

For the entree I got the Smoked Salmon Salad without tomatoes and added bacon. The salmon was delicious and everything was fresh, but the lemon dill vinaigrette that came with was a little too lemony for my liking.

Overall, it was a great stop and our waitress, Joleen, was amazing. She was extremely polite and helpful and deserves a shout out!

Prices were high for the quality and portion size. The atmosphere and big TVs to watch sports are worth 5 stars. The food quality/quantity/cost was 2 stars . It was our 2nd time going there. A salad alone is $15 and mediocre at best.. I had a cobb/chef salad which was essentially tons of lettuce with sliced deli meat (looked and tasted like the salty grocery store sandwich meat) and flavorless cubed cheddar cheese.

Great hamburgers - at least 1/2 pound and juicy. The med well was med well and the med was medium. Wasn't thrilled with the sweet potato fries - lacked seasoning. Server was nice and attentive.
