Very nice reception but very unfriendly examiner (Mr. D. R.), who likes to push his ego against. Customers and the receptionist, speak colleague! I (migration background) was even indirectly turned on this. right to the beginning of the exam. Service orientation equal to 0. Extremely rough handling of the customer car (valuable classic car). And at the end of the day things were concealed and I had to pay, anyway, that I have specifically asked if it has any consequences for me ... Absolute impudence. Luckily there are other examiners nearby. I recommend a big bow to make the funny shop.

I called today at 5:15 pm because I needed a copy of my index card for another driver's license.
My request was processed on the spot and I was able to apply for my new driver's license 10 minutes later in Bernau!

Since I was always treated by the competition from above, I eventually landed at the Dekra base in Marzahn. For me it is important that they make full acceptance in addition to the normal HUs. No matter if HU or full acceptance: I arrived spontaneously without an appointment and never had to wait long. The team is super nice and if you do not know what to do next you will get an examiner directly. Since I am expiring old East Motorcycles that can be over 50 years old then the examiners are also open for specific information or browse in case of ambiguity also sometimes brought in specialized reading - you just can not know everything. I am very satisfied and prefer to drive past 3 other suppliers to Marzahn. Thank you and see you soon!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this test center.
Very long waits and examiners the first the test pledges and then after half an hour but not again and the same two times.
The visit was a disaster and a waste of time at the same time.
Prices are overpriced.
I looked for another test site.
There is a point for the nice lady at the reception.

Total service desert! Partly over 30 minutes no one addressed. HU took two hours. Liquefied gas test was aborted because the examiner had no idea. He could not even tell the smell of gas from the smell of a new hose. After that I forgot to hand over my registration card. There is never anyone available. Catastrophe!

No time to wait without an appointment and understandable explanation of the existing defects

I was 10 years at the Dekra with my vehicles HU / AU and always satisfied. Something had to be done, sometimes not.
Then came the one day when I'm at the one examiner .... The Dekra knows exactly who is meant, because the surrounding car dealership know him as well, the examiner, who gets up each day with both legs wrong.

On my Golf V TDI was criticized that I have mounted rims of a Golf V Gti, which have a different offset (ET51) than those provided for my vehicle. Few mm. I was previously 5x with the vehicle / bike combination at the Dekra. Nobody had said anything. And yet I did not get the HU. I thought I was "understanding her fun" and felt that I was looking for the hidden cameras for 2 hours, but the examiner said that was really serious. Well, instead of raising the winter tires, I have of course the overpriced ..... superfluous individual decrease indulged. All together 200.00.

The other employees and examiners were otherwise friendly and there was nothing to complain about. Thank you! But since I had to make the acquaintance with this examiner, I avoid the Dekra and have successfully changed with our 6 vehicles to another test site. Of course I shared the experience with family and acquaintances =)

In the end, one might think, the man just does his job ... very carefully. But this madness is not good for the business.

I did HU u. AU commissioned. At the AU the yellow lamp v. Mototmanagement. Nevertheless, the employee carried out the AU for a fee. Then he informed me that he could not confirm the AU. An hour later, the AU was carried out in a workshop and, according to the printout, was OK.

Very professional, fast and still super friendly. Rarely experienced in Berlin! We were there Saturday for the main examination and were well looked after by Mr. Sebastian Both and colleagues. 5 stars are fully earned!

Answering the phone is probably not their specialty. No accessibility for the purpose of appraisal for my car that is in the workshop and therefore the repair is delayed. Just suck!

I was there today with my 3 year old car for the first general inspection. A week ago I made an appointment online at 11am.
Been there 10 minutes beforehand, handed in the vehicle registration document and key and parked the car in front of Gate 1
The examiner arrived punctually with a journeyman. He drove the car in. Standing in front of the hall, I was able to attend the control. After 50 minutes everything was ready. A trip to the clean toilet was also okay.
112.10 paid by card and said goodbye to the friendly staff. See you in 2 years. Many thanks.
