Professional and knowledgeable although the results were not what I had hoped for unfortunately.

Facts: (1) I do find some of their staff (e.g. Chris) very knowledgeable and their technique is clean. We did get some result in the first few months. (2) Our ranking and traffic on a steady decline after the first 6 months, by 18 months, we had to cut the ropes because there's no communication and they are not delivering. (3) Account manager changed twice within 18 months and the last one barely made contact with us in 6 months, apart from sending me system generated monthly reports. (3) I requested to cancel the service with billing, no one even called or emailed me to see what's going on. (4) 2 months AFTER I cancelled the service, I suddenly got a monthly report from the Account Manager, telling me what happened to my "campaign" in the past month. Note, I did not get a report the first month after I cancelled. I guess this explains the zero progress in the final 9-12 months before I left.

This guy from Dejan seriously keeps calling me EVERY SINGLE DAY.

STOP IT.
