They have horrible customer service. I would not waste my time or money on their product. We had a system go down for 4 months and could not get tech support. One of my other locations had a dvr issue that took over 3 months to get a new dvr with no replacement in the mean time. Not worth it ....
Sets a high standard for local service. Being able to quickly reach a real person on the phone is an underrated advantage today. No problems or concerns yet.
Terrible follow through. We have had an issue with our driveway alarm since last August and the manager, Don Erickson, has not called back after numerous messages or ever tried to resolve our issues. I question now how effective they would be if we had a break-in based upon how they handle service issues. We are switching providers.
Very helpful and charming people. I switched from another company almost 3 years ago and ever since I switch to Silent Knight, I have been very pleased. Technicians are really good regarding service and coming out to our home if we have any troubles with replacing sensors in our windows, doors, etc. I often speak with Caleb a lot of the times and he is someone who is very polite, knowledgable, and quite assuring. Operators are also very helpful regarding the panels and helping us troubleshoot if needed. I highly recommend them to anyone. Prices aren't too bad.
