This is by far the most unreliable, spotty home wifi I ve ever had. What I can give them credit for is that the techs are always pleasant when I call in. Unfortunately, I have to call in more often than anyone should have to.

Logging into WiFi at a hotel should not be this difficult. I'm using a Google Pixel 3XL for running standard Android. It should not be this hard to log in to WiFi. Despite numerous phone calls to tech support, I was never able to log into WiFi during my two day hotel stay at The Inn on Lake Superior. If you are a hotel thinking of using these services. Unless the cost overides your users experience (it never should) I would not recommend using Deep Blue's services. While Nick, the person that attempted to assist me, was very nice and professional, he could not solve the issue. He escalated the call to a tech that was more experienced. This is where my service ended. The issue was never resolved. I've never experienced this type of issue to log into WiFi.

Horrible is all I can say. They are down for days sometimes. I work online and lose so much money in commission because of internet interruptions. I am Switching providers this is not worth the hassles. Low and behold it s now a week later and down again their service is unreliable. They say 24 hours a day which means someone answers the phone but techs obviously don t work 24/7. If it were me buying for a hotel I would look elsewhere.

Bought a 10 days pass for 2 devices. Charged 16$. It didn t work from the beginning. They replied to my email asking me to call, I called and they didn t even have my email in their database and didn t know how to explain that. Nothing else happened. Worst customer service ever AND paid 16$ for nothing.

I have only seen this service in a local hotel in Colorado over the last few years. Other than that, I have never heard of the service. When the service goes out, all you get from these people are pathetic excuses. The last time it took them 10 days to repair. So far this time it has been 3 days and nothing but lame excuses to cover for their inability to do anything to repair. Many people are paying this hotel for working Internet service. Since this hotel uses Comcast for the cable TV, I think they should add their Internet service and bundle for a smaller price. Deep Blue is not a company that should be trusted for consistent service of their product and definitely not for their customer service. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! USELESS!!!
