I've worked with a couple of recruiting firms but none have even came close to Christopher Christian, he s been such a great help on many levels. He has really helped me fine tune all aspects of the job hunt. He is knowledgeable and professional, which is a nice change. Just the fact that no matter how busy he is, he will respond to you in a timely manner. He s 5 stars all the way.

Sometimes, I genuinely feel like being employed at Decide Consulting has been like winning the lottery. I get to work with some incredible clients, and very supportive coworkers in a well-designed program every week. My supervisors are supportive and personable, and I always feel confident that my coworkers will be there for me when I need them most. I think my favorite thing about Decide Consulting is that our clients always come first. If someone is not getting the care they deserve, the issue will definitely be resolved very quickly.

The Decide consulting team is extremely responsive and understand your recruiting need. I am impressed with the quick turnaround time in presenting high quality candidates. They take a consultative approach and guide hiring managers on market trends and present candidates that we might not have considered.
