Working with Decide Consulting has been one of my only positive experiences working with an outside recruiting company. I felt like the team really cared about me as a human rather than just a resource or a number.

Debbie was my go to recruiter for the job I have now, and she was organized, kind, and very patient with all my questions. She also did a really great job placing me in a company that actually fits my needs as well as the company.

I highly recommend them as the company to work with. I have worked with some other recruiting companies over time, and many of them left me in the dark, or would call me to chat a few minutes to get me to sign a paper to represent me and never speak to me again. I like that the entire Decide team knew who I was, and they were all great to work with.

It really does make a difference when the recruiting team you are working for actually KNOW who you are and what you are looking for as an employee, and I think it shows in their ability to place skilled candidates with success.
